    Amazing! Just wish I could give you all big hugs for showing me I will not end up with Dementia or Alzheimer’s just because my family history is full of it. Can not begin to express the total and life changing effect your interview with the Dr’s Sherzai has had for me! We went WFPB Augst 9, 2020 and have never looked back and never will.

    I love your podcasts, Rip! I am always looking for any updates from Drs. Sherzai. There are lots of “specialists” that educate about brain health, including keto type peeps; however, it’s obvious that plant based diet and lifestyle are the essentials to longevity and health.
    17 years on plant based and never looked back.
    Thank you!!! Looking forward to more information and more podcasts from you! Much blessings! 🙏🙏👍👍🌱🌱🌱🌱♥️

    I loved Drs Dean and Ayesha Sherzai's first book. Their second book, which I pre-ordered, is outstanding. It distills their vast knowledge into a workable programme. It is easy to understand and beautifully presented. The behavioural aspects are a vital addition, especially for those of us who have difficulty translating theory into practice! Looking forward to working through their programme step-by-step over the next month and a half so that it becomes second nature. Thank you all very much for this podcast.

    I listened to the podcast on my way to a hike.....listened again on my hike in the snow 😂 and then listened again on my way home in the car ....my mom died with Alzheimers and I am convinced the medication experiments the drs were playing with as she was transitioning into being alone when my dad died and she was depressed.....she went to being zombie like to dementia or Alzheimer’s so sad! Prior to that she was healthy as a horse 😢

      @@leonardodamico9344 Sorry to hear that. Stress messes up our endocannabinoid system. I just gave a lecture about CBD. A lot of studies have been done to animals, which are injected with LPS (endotoxins) and MOG (myelin). Humans get those from meat and fatty meals provoke leaky gut - as do casomorphins on dairy, emulsifiers and alcohol etc.
      Is your diet plant based already? Are you able to walk? Dr. Huberman has grate videos about breathing exercises. But CBD is just a business scam for other than epileptic children - so save your money for better.

    I wonder if they have an opinion on diet, neurodegeneration and autoimmunity, like MS and Lupus??

    • @soilikasanen
      @soilikasanen 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dr. Michael Klaper's Moving Medicine Forward -course opened up how those diseases can be reversed by WFPBD, presenting case studies. Although anecdotal, make perfectly sense.
