For sure - can you imagine what it takes for a non-klingon, non superior strength vulcan, woman to do damage to an experienced Klingon Warrior in his prime? To beat him up so badly he can barely walk? We knew Jadzia was a good fighter but damn girl! 😉

Is anyone else noticing Dax wearing Worf's baldric like a cheerleader wearing her boyfriend's Letterman jacket? Never saw Deanna Troi do that on TNG. So something about this courtship was different from the start... I think the part missed out on from this episode would be the morning after... Kira & Odo's morning coffee...with Julian's guest list in the file. Kira informed Sisko before Worf & Dax arrive in Ops. O'Brien's engineers having to do maintenance on 2 holosuites for "wear & tear" service calls... Sisko's reaction to finding out Jadzia & Worf... were an item... and Jadzia & Worf showing up in Ops... Worf trying to decide if he wants to openly discuss being involved... Jadzia in a "who's got the guts to ask about the rumor" mood... I can't be the only one that thinks Bashir's daily report from the infirmary... 4 patients with minor injuries... treated & released... ...and Sisko's reaction to that on a PADD would have had rewatch value...

Well when Jadzia first 'come on' to him in the holodeck it was in Klingon so maybe it was part of a proper mating ritual where marriage is supposed to follow.
I doubt Worf & Troi ever mated- Troi was probably, in Worf's words:"Too fragile" for the Klingon way, so he might've tamed it down(even Marina Sirtis mentioned how Worf became too Un-Klingon upon dating Troi). K'Ehleyer & Jadzia were much more compatible for that.
Dax in season 3 with the guy from the disappearing planet, Dax in season 4 with Lenara Kahn, Dax in season 5 with Worf. Yikes! That woman fell in love every year. I'm thinking the Star Trek universe conflates lust with love.
All worf’s romances felt forced. It still has fun moments despite the lack of necessity. Nothing is perfect but DS9 did an incredible job at captivating the audience. Not every story line was as good as the next. And some (like Dukat) had a bumpy road as what the writers seemed to intend for them kept fluctuating. Ezri Dax was the weakest character in the main line up of all the Trek shows imo, even more so than Troo.

I know this is a very unpopular opinion among DS9 fans, but I think their romance was very forced and took more than gave to the series.
