This guy played Martok? THIS is why they get Shakespearian actors. Hell of a job he did to bring the character to life. I was expecting him to sound at least a little bit like Martok.
Demarcus Faulkner he did. Way Of The Warrior, the season 4 premiere introduced Worf & Martok to DS9. Martok was seen first though when the Klingons tried to “peacefully” lay siege to the station. Sisko asked Starfleet for Worf’s assistance to uncover the Empire’s true motivation for showing up at Deep Space Nine en masse.
@Derrick Threex story-wise, that is revealed to be true & an interesting twist. But he asked when Martok first appeared, and the character showed up earlier in the Way Of The Warrior episode before Worf fought Drex.

That’s great to know. Another reason why 1990s Trek was comparatively at such a high level. You can feel the difference now in new Trek.

@@aztn19 in Way of the Warrior, Martok was a changeling. The real Martok first appeared in the episode, "In Purgatory's Shadow".
