In the first hip flexor stretch if you tuck your butt underneath you you will actually feel a greater stretch.

Was thinking the same thing but I tend to only do static stretches on yoga days or after a run
@@davondd This routine will assist athletes to develop more flexibility as well as range of motion. It should be done post workout daily.

can sprinters have flexible hamstrings or is it contradictory to being a strong sprinter
Butters of course just stretch daily and consistently
Bit contradictory if you push the stretching hard
How long do you hold these exercises?
About 20-35 seconds usually

At 2:55 I couldn’t even bend my back I’m not flexible at all
