What exercises will help increase our load carrying capacity 80 plus pounds for long durations of time think a minimum of 3 hours and as well increasing our rucking speed to 8-9 min miles per hour. Idk if you’ll see this but it would be super awesome to see your take on this thank you

Hi there, actual sprint coach here 🙋🏻♂️, also an S&C coach. Do RDLs, Do lunges...that's it. All the rest are shite. When do you ever want to crunch and have forward shoulder posture when you sprint? When do you get hit in the stomach? Finally, side bends are shite, always have been, always will be.
Could the "danes fast abs" exercises be a good choice to implement also in fighting sports, alongside with the classic russian twists, landmine twists, rollouts etc etc?
sorry dude, but top 5 core muscles for sprinting are calves, hamstrings, quads, glutes, and front deltoids, and none of your workouts mainly activate these muscles.
