  • 2,5Kg (5.5 lb) Double Smoked Ham on the Offset Smoker
    In this video I will walk you through on how to double smoke a ham. This is a perfect recipe for Christmas. This is a very easy recipe that will impress a lot of people!
    So for this recipe I fired up my offset smoker and I run it somewhere between 120 - 145 °C (245 - 295 F ). For this cook I used oak as fuel source.

    2 TBSP Honey
    2 TBSP Dijon mustard
    1 Cup Brown Sugar
    2 TBSP Pineapple juice

      It did not cross my mind to show the ham closer after I cut it . I will keep it in mind next time I record a video 👍. Thanks for the idea
