Great boat for sure !! I would turn that double bunk into a mini shop, and the Captains room into storage for stuff. Other than that, I could totally live with and on that boat for a very long time

The nice thing about the bunk room is it's great storage for a live aboard/cruising situation. Then when they opt for the third bathroom they still use it as a storage room.

That is one well thought out boat. Yanmar and Cummins Onan are work horses. Bobby, this would get you across the Pacific.
Bobby, two full heads (dry head, separated, wet shower) are plenty, even on a 62'. Also keep in mind the captain's cabin has its own mini head...
The bunk room is awesome and when setup correctly can also be used as a:
work room
spare parts room
unexpected guest room
expected guest room
punishment area
sauna
spa
junk area
toys area
surfboard storage
full motorcycle garage, with wenches and winches and hoists and boats & hoes ... boats and hoes!
Imagine the possibilities!

Bobby found his safe place when the girls gang up on him! Crew cabin😆. Thats very typical hired captain cabin setup in Croatia. Bobby you need to test the Elan GT6 now! Thats the direct competition to the big Beneteau in the Med market. I like the way the Elan’s are built structurally vs the Beneteau👍

You normally have 3 dishwashers on your boat...be sure to use them!
I watched this right after the Leopard 42 walk through from Barefoot Doctor's. About the same amount of room, no heeling, much better deck areas, and similar prices. The Beneteau looks lovely, but I know which I'd take!

What does a yacht like that cost new? You are really living the dream , sailing to exotic destinations and being surrounded by beautiful women !
I seen them for 1.5 to 1.9 I bet this boat with all the options is like 2.6 or something. Boats have doubled in price recently.

Rmbr Greek island Marina's have really low depths when berthing ; so you can easily hit rocks and damage a boat which will cost big $$ when you drop off your charter - especially as the depth gauge is closer on the bow and you berth with your stern in European marina's especially in shallow Greek marinas...
They have € 75 euro excess option for € 250 per week if you want to be on the safe side. Otherwise the exess is €1500-3000 depending on the boat.

They've been called bendy toes for a reason. Personally I wouldnt be comfortable doing any blue water sailing as in crossing the Atlantic.
