Actually the problem seem to become from the welds between the two gas tanks half as I just replaced a Raven 250 gas tank same as yours the other day the only option you have is to used gas tank sealer like RED-KOTE or POR-15
Yes mine was rusting right bad between the seems. And it's a 2021 model but the tank sealer has fixed my problem. I didn't look up the raven gas tanks but yeah it's aggravating but that just the price for a china bike I guess. Lol
Only place I can think of is check with your dealer. My dealer was txpowersports. I'm having a hard time finding some parts for this model. I really don't know why
