It doesn't matter if Robocop is slow. People seem to forget two things his primary weapon the Auto-9 machine pistol which fires in a 3 round burst and has a magazine capacity of 58 and his insane accuracy he doesnt miss. Terminator can shrug off bullets sure but not that many being shot with pinpoint accuracy at a specific spot. Robocop could easily shoot off or severely damage one of Terminators limbs and just reload. Not to mention his other weapons and abilities which are just overkill this battle is a stomp.
Robocop has always been one of my favorite robot heroes

9:45 I'm not sure if someone really messed up on that height conversion or they're trying to say that Murphy was 1.83 meters and Robocop was 6 feet 8 inches because that's a weird way to list it if that's what they were going for. 1.83 meters is 6 feet even.
This is ridiculous. Both of them realized they are cyborgs from their initial scans. Meaning they would not fight each other as they were human. This should have been a very different battle.
The "fight" wasn't realistic at all. Pretty obvious whoever made the video completely forgot Robocop is a cyborg. The type of impact Robocop sustained, he wouldn't last very long, his "human" parts would give out very quickly. His metal body may be able to take the impacts, but his human parts wouldn't.
Thank you. Finally someone realized it. It's pretty obvious to me this battle was biased on their part. As they completely disregard several things terminators are capable of, and outright say the T-800 from the first movie was destroyed by a pipe bomb, ignoring the fact he endured massive damage before hand and the pipe bomb didn't kill him just tore his legs off but whatever. Also Murphy is extremely inconsistent with how durable he is in the films. Remember when a 40mm grenade one tapped him in the third movie? I guess death battle sure did.
Why do yall actually care? they made this video 10 years ago they have gotten way better at their research and battles lol
@@bloodgroundgaming7871 although I agree that the video was bias, it's not entirely their fault. Robocop media is highly unrealistic, they completely ignore the human aspect when it comes to damage potential. Robocop's body might be able to survive an explosion or a fall from great heights but his human organs wouldn't, it's basic physics that the writers routinely ignore.

I think he's just too slow to win. I can see the new Robocop winning. But the old one is literally too slow.
I don't think it would help. Something the video as well as Robocop media in general never takes into account is Robocop's human brain and heart. They're very susceptible to explosive force and blunt force trauma. Some of the injuries and impact we see Robocop take through various media ignores his human organs. No amount of protective material, short of something exotic like inertial damping force fields, would be enough to protect Robocop's organs from the type of injuries that he gets depicted walking away from.
@@MacTX Then that's not Death Battle's fault. That is how Robocop operates, whether you like it or not. Thing is extremely fictional anyways, the main driving force being "What if we made a robot cop, but it still had human parts." These movies are made for fun and entertainment, not a massive deep dive into the science of it all.
@@yuuhyakuya3863 I don't entirely blame the TH-cam channel as already stated in the thread. They're bound to get things wrong when working with source material like Robocop.
@@MacTX Literally all superhero media has stuff like that. Resurrecting Murphy should have been impossible and Iron Man shouldn't even survive either of his death battles with your logic. No robot with earth materials of that build in 2029 could survive the shit Terminators survive, nor could Judgement day have even happened in 1997. There's a lot more unrealistic shit than Murphy's human parts surviving the battle.
@@jasondrake323 I guess it just comes down to good vs bad writing. Iron man did a far better job of showing damage to the human body. The stuff they put the various terminators through was more believable and they're pure fiction. It's all science fiction story telling of course but infinitely more believable than the stuff the writers put Robocop through.
