    How are we??? Bit of a dressed down vibe for me today!!!
    I get asked about how to maintain all the time, so I hope this helps. What route are you?? Which would you like to follow?? How do you maintain??

    Great vlog as usual Nikki.
    I've been at target 2 years now and am a diamond member. I follow route a. I don't stick to it rigidly. If I'm out I relax and enjoy the night (I have a pud) 😂
    I've recently signed up for the Great North run (I'm 61 next month and never ran in my life!) but doing it for 4Louis charity that helps bereaved parents,, (my son and gf), so have started the couch to 5K. I'm on my 8th week.....I'm loving it ! I'm not loosing any more weight but am loosing inches and have maintained for the last 7 weeks, so it's right what the book says......food optimise + bodymagic is the key.

      +miss rayban thank you, I'm glad. That was why this fab book was produced. In class the time needs to be spent on those still losing and the target members can also help and support them. If you're in range then brilliant. If you struggle and slip out then absolutely we can help get you back on track xx

    This video came at the perfect time for me - thank you! Lost 10 stone 8.5 so far and have set my target at 11 stone loss (5.5 lbs away 😀) .
    Quite daunting thinking about switching from full on weight loss mode into maintenance as losing weight has been such a huge focus for me over the last 2.5 years it’s going to be a massive change in mindset. I really think I’ll need to weigh in weekly for the first few months to keep me right.
    Can’t wait for an extra HEx or 2.... I’ll be like Goldilocks eating all the porridge 😂 x

    Very useful. I hit target a year ago using SW online and there is zero support on how to maintain via that route and I refuse to keep paying for the app. As I ended the subscription I've no support or evidence I am target member so can't even pop along to a group. So thank you as this has helped me. X

    You explain things and it all makes such sense and easy too, luv ur videos!! I will be 9 years a member in 2 weeks and a long term target member having lost 5 stone 9 pounds... Was at an opportunity event today to see about becoming a consultant 🙈 xx

    Thank-you for this its really helpful, I'm now 6lb from target I've lost 2
    stone 6lb and I'm 4" 10 so the weight really showed. I do the journey myself from home and have been worrying what i do when i get to my happy weight and if i carry on like am I'm going to go to past the weight target I've set myself, then ironically I will be too light, never thought is be saying that..x

    Fab vlog and love the new book. I am following route B. You have done so brilliantly and I sincerely hope that in 17 years time I can say the same. Any pressure I ever feel under in maintaining is caused by me and only me, can be too hard on myself. Which is one reason why, like you, weighing every couple of weeks seems the right route to take. I need to chill out a little. That doesn't mean hitting the syns but just cutting myself some slack. I've achieved target and now need to enjoy it 😊. x

    Glad I found your video I was 4lb away from Target when we went into 2nd lockdown and now my groups gone to zoom till Jan I did zoom first lockdown and hated it so not doing it this time.
    When i got weighed at hospital I was at target so now need to maintain till I can weigh at group and get my target award. It's taken me 2yrs to lose 8 stone I have worked too hard to get here so determined to stay in my target range sadly without the book you mentioned x

    I’m 2lb away from my target however I am on holiday next week all inclusive?!?! my gym kit is packed tho and I have good intentions, you’ve helped me sooooooo much to stay focused I can’t even tell you .. thank you so much ❤️Adele ( not the singer ) x

    I got to target a couple of days before Christmas and then put on 4.5 lbs over Christmas! I wish it had been in the middle of the year then I think it would have been easier to maintain. There’s been big birthdays and holidays etc since and I’m now 6.5 lbs over target after some going up and down. I need to find the little book you had and get a grip or I’ll be back to square one!

    Really interesting topic. As a target member with a 10 st loss maintained for a few years, I know that if I followed any of the 3 options in that book, I would gain weight. Most people in my group get to target by dropping their syns. To suddenly increase them usually results in a gain. Would you Nikki as a long time target member risk following option c? I watch and love your food diaries and I don’t think you would lol. Grace week? Alright, if I am out of target this week, I get a grace week. If I am back in next week, I carry on as a non paying member. If I am still out, I go back to the pay desk and I cough up my £4.95. Right, I get back in the following week but I have paid before I weigh!! Back in target but this week I have paid my £4.95 and it is not refunded. That wipes out the grace week. I am not complaining, I would gladly pay every week even at target. SW changed my life for the better xx

      +Grace Lord I do follow route C naturally some weeks now, but route B is more me. You do gain, lose, gain, lose as a target member. That's natural. I've been trying to lose weight again recently, so I haven't been having extra syns until now. To maintain you have more calories and that route allows you to do that. It's a learning curve and can take time to adapt to. The fees are calculated as what you walk in the door as. So the grace week is free, then the week you aren't in range after that you do pay, but you get the chance to weigh in first. There isn't many things we get for free these days is there :-) I know you're not complaining, its brilliant that its helped you to change your life. Well done for embracing it and being so committed xx

    Hello I'm emma I am a target member I was a target member for 1 year and 2 months ago I slipped out by almost 1st but last week I got back into target, I'm so grateful I joined slimming world

    Great Blog Nikki. I've not reached target yet, still working hard with it but wanted to know for a friend who is struggling having reached target and is now out of it and feeling despondent and wants to quite. She feels her mood is low which is resulting in her comfort eating and wondered if the target member book has anything in there or if you have any advice when your sabotage times are when your mood is low. Thank you again xxxx

    I love this video. I am approaching target and might get there before the current restrictions are lifted. I am currently weighing myself at Boots each week until we are told it's safe for Group to open again. If I get to target before we go back this video is probably what I am going to be referring to, because I won't have the booklet since I won't officially be a target member:).
    I was wondering, what would be the advice is you slip out the bottom of your target range? How would you go about regaining weight to get back into the target zone?

      Hey there. It would depend if you were still in the healthy range and what you wanted to do. You'd usually increase healthy extras or savvy syns, eg avocado for example to maintain or get back in range again. Or if you wanted to lower it you can by 7lbs depending on height and weight xx

    How do you get the book if you've hit your target but aren't a member anymore?

    Hi nikki l am debbie just hit target weight so happy but l loosed 31bs this week l need to maintain now but not sure how many sins or healthy extras l seem to be loosing dont want loose now maintain be really greatful for help thanks debbie

    Lm a diamond target meber won women of year l keep loosening weight my consult told me to add more healthy extras and more sins not sure how many extras and sins l should add l bit worried as dont want gain weight please could u advise me and help me in the right way to maintain my weight l would be so greatful thanks so much debbie
