Being on slimming world almost a year now , but I have never felt that my consultant is friendly at all , she has never helped me at all I wish u was my consultant, looking very cheerful nd bubbly bless

Love the secret, the power of now etc, but sometimes just listening to a real up beat positive person is just as effective! Keep up the good work, love your vids x

Thank you so much for making this video. I'm so terrified of failing my HNC childhood course and you have encouraged me to think about it in a total different way. Now when I'm doing assignments I think oh well at least I'm trying if I get it back from my tutor at least I will be fixing it to make it better and improve the way I'm learning. I always tell myself to learn better which means I learn about something and if I get it wrong I learn more to make it better if that makes sense. You are so right with so much of this video hon. I watched a video in training at work years ago. You can find it on here by searching "fish philosophy". Like I said it was years ago I watched it but it has totally stuck with me and enters my head every time I come across a "dementor" (a person who is so negative they suck the life right out of you). I feel life is so much easier when people are positive. You can always find some kind of silver lining or flip something around to be positive. I've not had an easy ride or an easy childhood and sometimes I think that has an impact aswell. It's given me perspective and things could (almost) always be worse. Being negative is exhausting. And people also need to own their negativity. It is most definitely a choice. Thank you x

Ive watched your videos since the start but been watching alot of them again as i started slimming world online 2 weeks ago due to a failed attempt last year with quite an unsupportive consultant who told me not to come as i wasnt losing when actually was really struggling. and had not long since been through chemo. Ths time online and finding help through you tube and your videos its working and im loving it!! Also can I just say Im so totally over the moon for you expecting twins!! You are truly glowing and deserve all the happiness you radiate, your an inspiration!xxx

This is so me, I am a positive person, can't stand negativity. Although I do think I am also a worrier! If something worries me I can lay awake in the early hours with it playing on my mind! Then the next day I'm fine and I kick myself I let if bother me! That said, I don't let it get me down, no one would ever know. I have so many friends and a great family. It is true that it's how you view things that can make that difference towards your happiness in life. Thanks for this video, it's right up my street. Shall check that film out on Netflix also. Xx
