I have started doing a weekly planner like you do and pre-prepping for meals. Of late, we had started eating out so much, but thanks to you, we are on track now. Your tips really do help. Thank you!

I would like to see how have you arranged/organized your appliances and groceries to make your time in the kitchen smoother!

Thanks Deepthi ♥️ I had a very intense schedule last year.. completed almost a year of my Hospital Pharmacist internship along with my Substitute teaching job. Taking a break for sometime and will get back to making videos soon. Creating videos is a lot of work and though I was missing doing it very much, this was not the priority at the time. I will resume making videos but it maybe another month or two. Thanks for checking and Please stay connected❤️☺️🙏🏼
Yes I do.. most of the times, it’s first thing in the morning when I get up (prayers & 7 minute meditation- well maybe not true meditation because I do get distracted, I try to bring my mind back to my breaths) and after I get back from work or when I go for my walk.. & honestly speaking, it’s hard for me to be truly still.. mind always wanders to my kids and their growth.. not sure if I answered your question though
