Without trial misuse cannot be established when prima facie there is evidence against the accused.

Justice Ujjal Bhuyan is very good judge like many others namely justice Rohinton Nariman , Madan Lokur,justice BV Nagaratna a few judgement by these justice will inspire you and their judgement will reveal justice must not only be done but they seems to have been done ,sadly there are few justices Senior advocates withdraw the case if these are in the bench is very disturbing and a blow on our judiciary.

The steps to curb black money generated by corruption largely by all government agencies and commercial industrial complex are needed first and foremost. Unfortunately that's not done and it's increasing so there so much dirty money around that act like PMLA are not effective and misuse is rampant. Indeed it's draconian and unjust law with effect are opposite of intent mentioned in preamble.
It is time that SC takes suo moto action on the misuse of PMLA by BJP govt. PMLA should be scrapped. At this rate every CM of opposition ruled states can be arrested by ED on very flimsy grounds. ED and EC have to be taken to task for being blatantly unfair and pro BJP govt. If SC doesn't take action now before elections then I doubt if SC will have any powers left post BJP win in 2024. Modi is trying to do in India what Netanyahu did with Israel's Supreme Court.

PMLA is a very essential act.The courts are expected to decide the issues after verifying the merits and should refrain from passing hasty/ sweeping orders that may affect the nation at large.
This act was amended by bjp on 2018 to include some sections which indirectly states a person is guilty until proven innocent means even if the investigative agencies doesn't have proper evidence they can still arrest the person based on some statements or speculations and keep them under arrest until the court says that person is innocent which can take months or even years
