At one point, I lost respect when you represented the Government of AP, which, by all means is as obnoxious as the central government. But your speech restored my respect and even faith that you, as one of the senior most lawyers of SC, would defend democracy, federalism and basic human rights. Thank you 🙏💐

JUDICIARY IS HIGHLY RESPECTED BECAUSE OF THE POWERS GIVEN TO THE JUDICIARY. BUT JUDICIARY HAS TO RECIPROCATE THIS RESPECT BY THEIR IMPARTIALITY AND ENSURING JUSTICE TO EVERY ONE.

On 25/11/1949 last speech of Dr.B R Ambedkar made the last speech in the Constituent Assembly. Article 368 of the Constitution deals with amendment of the Constitution.

Why are the Law schools, law student bodies and Bar associations not showing Activist courage to organize and agitate to challenge and denounce the judges acting in a cowardly manner and lacking morality. Strictly speaking, appeal to their conscience and strengthen their will to resist the temptations offered by politicians. Socio-political agitations and the will to make sacrifices for a cause are the backbone of democracy.
Lok sabha elections - 2019 . Total number of registered voters - 91,19,50734 . Voters turn out -63,56,02027. That is nearly 67% of total registered votes . BJP has got 22,90,76879 votes .Which is less than 26 percent of the total registered votes .But how many MPs for BJP 302 .On the other hand Congress party got 11,94,95 214 votes more than 50 percent of BJP party's votes. But it gets only 52 MPs even not entitled to be a powerful opposition party to question the ruling party in it's wrong doings . Google .

1) On sexual freedom .all religious preachers say -- Supreme Court has given freedom to all married women for extra marital relations .Supreme is spoiling our culture
Somewhere I read that --
1Extra marital relation is morally wrong .
2) As committment with husband it is wrong .
3) Only thing SC wants say that it does not become a legal crime...for what a person can be imprisoned or punished ..

WE HAVE SEEN SUCH LAWYERS BEING REPRESENTING TO BECAUSE OF THEIR POLITICAL LEANING......SOMETIMES THESE LAWYERS, QUOTE ISOLATED INCIDENCE TO PUT FORWARD THEIR POINTS & EVERYTHING IS WRONG NOW OR GOOD EARLIER........THEY TRY TO HIDE & BE SILENT ACTIONS OF CERTAIN GOVERNMENTS & PARTIES, WHICH BEHAVE IN MORE UNCONSTITUTIONAL WAY BY BECAUSE OF POLITICAL LEANINGS.....
