@@LapoSapo Yes, true, but too often there is awareness that denies the body and the breath. Yoga practices like this help to open the body into the deepest breath, making it possible to surrender the mind. It helps to condition the body into it's fullest functionality. It's possible without yoga to be in that space, but for a lot of folks who inherited ways of being blocked from embodiment, these practices are a literal godsend
I am actually freaked out by the extremes, it’s fascinating and a real talent, but is there balance to be found when one area of your life is so extreme. So profound and amazing all the same xx
He's well-rounded: he's a devoted husband, father, and friend. He tells great jokes. He's got a phd in analytic philosophy from a pretty decent school (undergad minor in physics (maybe he double majored in philosophy and physics)) and everything that goes along with that: teaching, publishing, lecturing, etc. He's at one point or another excelled at trad climbing, mountaneering, mt biking, running, wrestling, playing an electric bass, djing, composing psy-trance, woodworking, carpentry, surfing, skateboarding, and I could keep going. He's also incredibly modest, so I'm not sure many folks know everything on his CV.
Truly awesome Its especially impressive to see a man doing this - usually when you see Vinyasas with really challenging asanas, it's being done by a woman.

Hi, im 27 now. Im a newbie of yoga. Can i acquire the advanced level of yoga drills like you in this video if i start to learn yogs from now on as a beginner❓ If people are in their 60s from scratch to the yoga drills, can they eventually fulfill all the advanced level of yoga transitions like you do in the videos? I find out that you are excellent and exceptional at the all advanced yoga drills that few yoga coaches would focus on them like you do globally. Can you answer this question for me, please?

But mind want the complex stuff. First clasp you hand than bow than breath than aum 21 times than...
