I have been suffering from depression for 9 years now but this year I realized that I could never better the way I felt about life, myself and others without a connection to my inner self. I discovered yoga and I started my journey to reconnect with myself. I think it's saving my life. You are a beautiful soul and you did here changes my perspective every single day... thank you from the bottom of my heart dearest Simon

@@yogasynergy_teachertraining there is one way how we can unconditionally help others and our self too...we use an agnihotra as that tool...please visit agnihotra.pl/en/ for more info it is better for understanding that I try to not promote some dogma based on hinduism or other ism...Peace

+Paula Andrea Vahos - thank you so much - i appreciate what you have said - there is so much fancy posture 'yoga' in the world - and i can still do some 'fancy' poses, but they are so transitory, generally much easier when you are youger too - as you get older you really start to feel that there are much more important things in life and yoga - posture is such a small part of real yoga - living in love and sharing that love is much more important

I met Simon in Rishikesh at the International Yoga Festival, he is a truly inspirational guy. He carries such an honesty, inquisitiveness and almost infectious compassion that I felt honoured to be in the presence of. One day I hope to meet him again, to train with him, to learn from him. Until then, I find this video epitimises his character, his philosophy and, what I believe is, the core meaning of Yoga.

I see it as a 1 month investment in my mental, physical, physiological and spiritual well being. Time to build my own practice with a strong foundation in Yoga Synergy! For the record, my belly is getting more and more relaxed by the day. Look forward to baby belly comparisons next time we meet (and also to see what other new tricks you've picked up i.e., evolution :p). Every movement we make that is filled with Love is the answer to the question "Who am I?". Let Love make pirouettes with your body, let It draw hearts with your hands around the air. Allow Love to show you how to steal the throne of beauty from the beach and the blue sky and let It help you to sit on in for a brief moment. When we learn that all of them, the beach and the beautiful blue sky are just instruments of Love for us and because of us, than only gratitude remains, for we are One with them. Than all of it warps around, squirms around into our our consciousness to love endlessly.

Dátelo a ti mismo primero.
