I remember in the past you have touched on some of the health challenges you have overcome with diet/exercise etc. I can't speak for all obviously, but I am interested in learning more about that and would definitely watch any content you make on that topic. Thanks for sharing your angle of this race, it looks like it was a great time!
Yep I am interested as well. I started riding dirt bikes because of Gabe's videos and I want to do the 6 hour (Ironman) this spring. Knowing what he did to prepare could be incredibly helpful.
I personally would LOVE a deep dive into all the stuff you mentioned about fitness, diet and general lifestyle! I think maybe your general audience is a little bit different than the rest of dirt-bike-youtube (aka CEO of KTM and the likes.... Hahaha!), we dont care as much about the latest fuel injected four stroke with a 1700 dollar titanium exhaust, and would rather know how the heck you survived iron man'ing that DR200. Remember, we loooove KTM tears xD
Your video and story is eye opening. I'm pretty new to riding and just doing enduro type trails at the moment. I can't even imagine how much energy and strength it'd take to race. I care about health and everyone who doesn't currently race should be interested. Much respect!! 🔥💪
I saw that series coming on RMs channel and I hoped you'd be in it! Don't question what you should put on your channel and what people want to consume or not. Put out what you want to put out and what you enjoy and it will translate in the result. Remember that ANY day on a bike off-road, no matter how tiring, that you get to go home from (and not to a hospital) is a good day!
Looking forward to a video on how you get back to race shape! Preparing a bike for the race is common sense, we all do it. But, too often, we don’t prepare ourselves. Thanks for this intro to the Rocky Mtn series.
Hi Gabe! I have never raced and don't want to start at age 70 but have been watching both channels and loving every minute of it. I think you sharing about your way of staying fit and healthy would be great. I am working on all of that myself write now because I want to keep ridding as long as I can. I just got a new CRF300L Rally to replace my NC700X because it is to heavy for me to pick up. I like to adventure ride and would like to do some of the Back Country Discovery route's. I really like Rocky Mountain and have been following your channel since I found you on EveRides channel. I love what you do.
Yeah when I watched the Rocky Mountain series almost left when I saw the CEO was racing. How can you do bike reviews when you only spend 10 hours riding the bike before you unload it?
