Great job guys!, watched all 4 video's - too bad the RMX didn't pan out (I have one 😎). Gotta give a shout out to the "9th rider", that's the crew that did the filming and editing and managed to make you guys look good - no small feat! 🤣 Hate to see you take these bikes and ruin them on another Enduro cross challenge, but how about a "normal" sprint enduro race challenge?
@Rambozo_FPV 4 strokes aren't that bad, definitely more time consuming and it's always scary for me to shim the valves, last thing you want to do is have to split the cases to fish it out lmao. And then getting the cam timing corrext, usually takes me two times atleast if its on a bike im rebuilding for the first time. So they can be a pain and if you get it wrong then you're taking it apart again to get them put in right lol.
You guys absolutely killed it on this one. Loving the longer format video for the race so we can see more riding footage. Long live the cheap bike challenges.
People underestimate how hard these races are. Like even for poeple in the best shape of their life and constantly riding. I have SO much respect for all who enter and compete. 💪🔥
Honesly, it was more of a mental battle than it was physical. We felt great during the riding, but it was hard to get ready mentally at times. All around, it was a fun and super tough challenge. Glad you enjoyed it and thank you for watching! - Chase
Yeah it's absolutely brutal. I did the NE24 hour once and never ever again will I do something like that lol. It just took the fun out of it once my ass cheeks were literally bleeding from rubbing on the seat non stop. It was awful.
@@rmatvmc Hi Chase favourite for me was you testing the bikes and tinkering with them to get them working better for the race. Hope you do another of these for the next race!
Dude, I’d pay to be part of your team! You should do an outro montage with interviews of each rider for race feedback. I love this content. Binge watched all of it with some brewskis. Super sorry to hear about Justin’s injury. Hope he heals up 120%. His technical knowledge is supreme with these challenges!
Watched the whole series, my favorite part was seeing the work be done on these to get them ready, and to keep them going. I VOTE, next challenge should be a cross-country destination, budget cruiser ride. Challenge should be the for the first to riders to arrive. I vote the Barber vintage museum, or tail of the dragon. Both destinations could provide awesome video.
I get so happy when you guys release these. I watch them all. I really enjoyed this one. You always hear 24 hour races, but you never really think about what it’s actually like. This video did a great job showing how hard it is. Great job, boys.
Night time at the Glen Helen 24hrs is GNARLY! The silt makes you completely blind from time to time, pretty exciting. I Ironmanned the race twice - like an idiot - epic, but I will never do that again. This was an awesome series, thanks for putting it together.
You did the iron man twice?! what is the matter with you!!!?? Well, I guess I can't say too much since we've already talked about doing that next year haha. - Chase
ABSOLUTE EPICNESS! We had a blast on this one! So much fun on surprisingly capable bikes. A LOT of fun for NOT A LOT of money. 😏What was your favorite part? - Wes
@@mollygrubber That was a pretty great moment! Love that 2-strokes are so simple. I still CANNOT believe that very imperfect cylinder went the rest of the race! Unbelievable and awesome! - Wes
I absolutely loved the cheap bike challenge! Especially for us normal poor folks that can't afford an $11,000 bike, sick video series and a new subscriber just because of the cheap bike challenge, please keep it up!👍
Really fantastic series you guys! You guys really showed what offroad is all about and kudos for the whole team with the monumental effort in making these videos (not to even mention the editing of this!) Great and fun content!
That's what it's all about, right? Having fun with good people and riding dirt bikes! Kobee not only rode in the race, but he crushed it on the editing! - Chase
Guys, what a badass series this was. Also, I have to add that I owned a 94 WR250 in the 90s for about ten years. Sold the bike in around 2006 and just recently purchased the same actual bike back in 2021 and am in the middle of rebuilding it to its former glory! This series was exactly the push to get me to finish the bike and enjoy it once again. Thanks and keep these fun series of old cheap bikes coming 💪🏽
Those WR's are such rad bikes! Congrats on tracking that same bike down. That's impressive! Tag us in some pics on social when the rebuild is done! - Wes
This series was awesome guys! I love the behind the scenes stuff at the RM Warehouse and all the prep work! It's also cool to see these dudes and the bikes make it the whole 24 hours! I'm over on the East Coast and we have the Northeast 24 Challenge in New York, I have done the 24 hour challenge the last 6 years and it's a miserable blast! There is nothing quite like crossing the finish line of a 24 hour event! Congrats to the whole crew!
Thanks, Chris! You were spot on when you said "miserable blast" ha ha. Unless you've done one of these races, it's hard to understand what a miserable blast can be! thanks for watching and good luck on your next race. - Chase
Great series as always!! Loved every minute of it. As somebody wrote, you should do an outro with some intervjues of the riders and also take apart the bikes to see how much work it would be to get them ridable again. Thank you for doing this, already looking forward to the next challenge 😍
Just rode the Gut buster 24hr this past weekend in Texas. I did 7hrs of it and have never been more to my physical limit in my life. I very much recognized your teams tired faces as the sun came up! It’s a challenge for all involved and even better to finish! Nice job guys!
7 hours is a lot! You're right, until you've done a race like this, it's hard to truly understand just how physically and MENTALLY exhausting it is. Thanks for watching!! - Chase
I am sure the market for early 90's Yamahas is going crazy after this video. Great job guys! Chase yelling "I am having fun. I want to ride a dirt bike" is my favorite part of the vid. Anyone that races off road has had that feeling for sure and I can only imagine its times 10 in the middle of the night.
hahaha! I had to get myself pumped up somehow. It's really hard to get excited to ride a dirt bike when you're that tired and COLD. That is one thing people don't realize is when you're tired AND cold, it's even worse! Glad you enjoyed the series and thanks for watching- Chase
Thank You for your exciting ways to get the people involved even though a lot of us couldn’t make it to the race. RM IS A EXCELLENT PLACE TO BUY PARTS!!!
Imagine being delirious after racing a dirtbije off and on for 14 hours straight. It's around 1am, and you hear a bike coming up behind you. You pull over to let him by and its a green 7 foot tall alien riding an antique yamaha 2 stroke
Always love these budget build series’ and I think this is the best one yet. I didn’t even know they did 24 hour races for dirt bikes. I’m a big fan of endurance racing like Le Mans and Daytona and stuff, so to combine that with motocross seems like such a great challenge, I’d love to put a team together with some friends and give it a go some day.

@@rambozo_fpv176 mine aswell! Too bad 4 strokes are such a pain. #4strokessuck
