    No barre? No problem! Just hold onto the back of a chair, or bureau, or counter top, or even a wall! Make sure you have enough room to extend your legs and you are on a smooth flat surface. Let’s dance!

    You already know how much I love lower body exercises 🤭 so I'm really satisfied with your Barre workouts. I'm actually feeling so bad for not wanting to take ballet classes when I was little 😭

    Hey Desiree ❤️ it's me again! Lol 😂 I'm doing you're Summer Fit Challenge 🌞😎🌻and I just finished this Barre class and boy am I sweating!!! I burned 141 calories! From the calorie burn you can tell I have more poundage on these bones 🦴 🤣 but I'm trying girl! I am 9 pounds down today 🥳 my weight fluctuates so much...and I haven't been consistent with working out.. but I am going down your list, and I'm on the Barre class already! It really helps having workouts that are short none over 30 minutes! It helps for ridiculously busy people like me! 🤦🏾‍♀️ I have also been doing intermittent fasting, drinking less sugary drinks, and lots of more lemon 🍋 hot water that is, and just water in general. Infused water has helped me drink more! Then add you're workouts I'm on a roll now to finally loosing weight!!!⚖️ I'm going to finish this challenge!!! I keep starting others and not finishing...but this is for me because all the workouts are shorter so I have time to do them 🙏🏾 Please make another series challenge with workouts 30 minutes or less 😎 and apartment friendly with no equipment 🤗 Okay 👍🏾 off to shower 🚿 I'm so 💦 dripping sweat right now 😂

    hey Desiree...your workout are so amazing ryt now i am doing ur summer fit challenge but i have one quarie i hope u slove this one what if I hit my periods in between this challenge??? then i have to start this challenge from beginning or not or what?

      If you need to take a couple days off that’s fine…then just pick it up from where you left off. I find moving on my period always makes me feel better…so that’s an option too! 😘

    I felt like I was dying towards the end 😂😂😭 i guess waiting for my foot injury to fully heal has made me really out of shape
