You gotta get this DAWG in you! This Recipe is fire! It truly is a creation you need to try for yourself. Flamin' Hot Cheeto Elote Inspired Hot Dog. You can't go wrong with this. It comes together fairly easy and is super delicious!. One day I will have a food truck or hot dog cart and I'm going to be making these on there. You can bet on that!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 Cup - Crushed Flaming Hot Cheetos
1 Cup - Canned Corn
- toasted to desired level
- pinch of pepper, cumin, garlic powder
1/4 Cup - Red Onion, Diced
1/2 Cup - Cojita Cheese, grated finely
2 Sausages or Preferred Hot Dog
2 Buns - Toasted
Sriracha Mayo
- 1 Cup - Mayo of choice
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha
- 1/4 tsp. - Garlic Powder
