You'll be very surprised at how great these Chickpea Tacos are. Don't be surprised if you eat a lot of these tacos the first time you make them.. This is a fairly simply taco to make. I like to group in some of the ingredients to make assembly go quicker. A very colorful and bright taco, it is sure to wow the people who are next in line to eat them.
