Honestly the Xiaomi looks like a clear winner, photos look almost better in every way except selfies. Faster charging is just a must and long term performance is mandatory on such a device. Only if it wasn't so expensive.
Xiaomi definitely is nice. I scored my 12 pro about a year after its launch for an absolute steal for a flagship, only paid $580 for it. The camera still continues to impress me so I can only imagine what the 14 is like. I like the absolutely massive sensor size for the main camera and the telephoto and ultrawide still have the same 50mp resolution. The only thing I kinda don't like is that only the main lens has OIS. But overall good value for money when you get them a year later, Xiaomi phones tend to come down in price quite quickly.
Price is also an important factor, I can get a Xiaomi 14 Ultra 512GB + Photography Kit for around 980 Eur, while the S24 Ultra 512GB goes for 1060 Eur, so if I pretend the 199 Eur Photo Kit isn't included then the Xiaomi alone is only 781 Eur, almost 300 Euros less than the S24 Ultra (which also doesn't come with a charger or a case). That's a good amount of money saved for a phone that is, in my opinion, just as good if not better than the S24 Ultra, especially for the cameras, the variable aperture, the whole Photography Kit / leather style and the fact that it's more curved rather than the boxy S24 Ultra that many people don't find ergonomic to hold. I'm coming from Samsung and the current UI is very good but with their new style choice for ONE UI 7 I now think Xiaomi looks better and softer, with less AI features which is a pro at least for me. Both are good phones and it really boils down to which one is more suited to what you do with it. Photography/videos? Xiaomi. Software (at least for now)? Samsung. Game performance? Basically a tie, CPU is slightly slightly better on the S24 Ultra but the Xiaomi benefits from the Extra Ram. Battery? Xiaomi, the 2x faster charge is much more useful to me than a 10% longer battery (which is more about optimization rather than a larger battery). Style? Up to you to choose but for me, Xiaomi. With the Photography Kit and textured case the Xiaomi is pure eye candy, really stands out in the phone market. Fun to use? Xiaomi, mainly thanks to the Photography Kit. Unboxing experience? Xiaomi. A much more premium experience than Samsung and a lot more in the box.

My Xiaomi 14 Ultra never had fog issue. There's no shutter lag and the pictures & videos are really amazing in quality. Its color science approach is identical to a real camera (Leica style which is a matter of user preference - some may like it or vice versa). It gets warmer when getting charged but it's quickly done by that 90w. Battery endurance is not something it can be proud of but it can last for my daily usage 7.00am - 8.00pm with 25% left. I just hope HyperOS 2.0 later can bring Workstation Mode to this Xiaomi 14 Ultra. This kinda Samsung's Dex mode really helpful for productivity tasks.

I know that everyone wants a new mobile phone, and so the review is a for new mobile phone, I would like a review of the mobile phone after one year. If there is such a channel, please recommend it to me, thanks. As for Samsung, a regular customer since the Mate 10+, the last one I was very happy with, after that I change it and always have the same problems, screen burn in after a year and a battery that doesn't even have 50% time capacity. And every model, I have every Ultra since model 20. So I would like to change the manufacturer, now same with the S 23 Ultra..
S24U's low light quality is terrible for a flagship high end phone. a slight movement would turn make the subject blurry too. Im so disappointed with samsung. The physical design is good though as I prefer a masculine sharp edge phones.
Idk man, as android fan I'm very disappointed and slowly starting to lean towards iPhone. I always see old iPhones perform well meanwhile androids start to get laggy/glitchy after 2 years of usage.
I just can't understand the charger meme. I have the same samsung 45w charger since 4 or 5 years ago. Why would I want another one? The xiaomi is quite good, but I prefer the samsung as it has better resale value. Where I live NOBODY wants a used xiaomi. But you can still sell for example the s23 ultra for like 650 usd
Interesting take. I've been a happy xiaomi customer for 4 years now, starting with a Mi Note 10 and upgrading to a Xiaomi 12 Pro. It's starting to get old now and I'm looking for a new phone. I'm curious whether I should just go for one of their excellent redmi upper middle range phones or keep getting a year or so old flagship. I could use this a year more to wait for the price on the 14 pro or ultra to come down. Good to see it's a decent phone and suits my use cases more than the samsung.
6:46 galaxy is better................................i have a xiaomy 13 and they still have a long road to reach natural color.........the color you see and the phone catch are very different but they are better for night why low light and for moon picture ( but don't have even a 5% of focus).
They are different and allow different contents. Dolby includes a lot of image quality features including HDR. Only a Dolby Vision phone will allow you to watch in Dolby Vision certification. Correct me if I'm wrong
Xiaomi 14 ultra all the way curious to see if there customer support will tell me or help me update the phone possibly not 🤡 but unlike Samsung support literally telling me they couldn't help me when I had a s20fe stuck on andriod 12 and never could update to andriod 13 and didn't update at all, because of a carrier I'm not BS, look up yourself to see if anyone else had issues with updates for Samsung phones
That big hole in the middle of the Xiaomi 14 ultra looks ugly ot doesn't even look like a cellphone anymore. XIAOMI best hire someone that can design a phone that looks like a phone and not a camera. The difference between s24 ultra and Xiami 14 ultra is that with the Sansung it still looks like a phone integrity and still takes great pics. I'd be insane to buy a xiaomi 14 ultra, I'd rather just buy a professional camera at that price.

Love both phones❤
no guys the camera is much better than the s24u they just didn't push it or test what variable aperture can do
Still with my Edge 20 Lite with SD Card and Headphone jack support !
Best couple to any music lover !
Not close to lg phones though
You pointed out the best facts guys
S24U's low light quality is terrible for a flagship high end phone. a slight movement would turn make the subject blurry too. Im so disappointed with samsung.
The physical design is good though as I prefer a masculine sharp edge phones.
Hi, nice video. But you should add wireless charging also in the video. Xiaomi got 80W Wireless charging, compared to Only 15W Samsung
Idk man, as android fan I'm very disappointed and slowly starting to lean towards iPhone. I always see old iPhones perform well meanwhile androids start to get laggy/glitchy after 2 years of usage.
For me S24 Ultra wins the Ultrawide and Selfie. Then the rest you can't go wrong with either.
Xiaomi 14 ultra ❤❤❤❤
With device throttling to 60% it’s very clear why Samsung is getting better battery
But In that case why not just buy cheaper Samsung phone lol
Great point.
Bro wait and see xiaomi 14 ultra price drop then buy it
@@HSK_EDITS yeah that's what I'm ultimately deciding to do. My 12 pro is still holding up great so I could wait a bit longer for the 14 ultra.
@@RedVRCC Xiaomi 12 pro is already good enough to hold more than 2 years , so wait for best sale then buy it ✔️✔️
GSMArena is always Best❤❤❤.
6:46 galaxy is better................................i have a xiaomy 13 and they still have a long road to reach natural color.........the color you see and the phone catch are very different but they are better for night why low light and for moon picture ( but don't have even a 5% of focus).
I think Xiaomi must improve on that back cameras design it's not that nice and it's heavy.
Dude, if you’re gonna make a comparison, at least give off a proper ending. Conclude by saying one is better than the other staff bullshit it depends.
If use camera kit?
Xiaomi winner and best for pictures.
I also hear the xaomi is supposed to be broghter but outside the samsung does better
Please review the realme 12 pro plus too.
what better HDR10plus or Dolbly vison?
I would say HDR10plus but most HDR10plus come with Dolby
They are different and allow different contents. Dolby includes a lot of image quality features including HDR. Only a Dolby Vision phone will allow you to watch in Dolby Vision certification. Correct me if I'm wrong
Xiaomi 14 ultra all the way curious to see if there customer support will tell me or help me update the phone possibly not 🤡 but unlike Samsung support literally telling me they couldn't help me when I had a s20fe stuck on andriod 12 and never could update to andriod 13 and didn't update at all, because of a carrier
I'm not BS, look up yourself to see if anyone else had issues with updates for Samsung phones
Xiaomi is good but in design + performance i go with Samsung
will ! always pogi ! kudoss🎉
I prefer the design of samsung, that camera design at the back of xiaomi 14 ultra is too bulky
Bulky camera for bulky men lol
Please do a video review on the oppo find x7 ultra!!
I love your English
That's a nice compliment man 👏
Xiaomi cannot beat Samsung by nature.
1) Self-development of the best OLED display products
2) Self-development of image sensor chip
3) Self-development of memory semiconductors, etc.
4) Supplementary trust issue (no problem if sanctioned at any time)
5)Software
I 🧡Xiaomi
Oppo find x 7 ultra
Xiaomi all day for me...
Xiaomi 14 Ultra costs 40% less than Samsung S24 Ultra here in India!!.. easily the better choice for us 🤷
How? 1,11,111 vs 99,999 rs is difference of 40%, r u weak in maths
In Greece it is a bit more expensive than the Galaxy. Go figure.
@@Bharat_Kumar_Gurram The same specked 512gb version of S24 ultra costs 40k more than the 14u. His math is correct.
@@vaishnavprasad7789 ok, so we are paying for UI (₹ 40,000 extra)
@@Bharat_Kumar_Gurram u get better ui, timely and long term software support, better service, more accessories from 3rd party, better heat management, Exclusive AI features and Samsung ecosystem.
Capture Camera Xiaomi 14
Video Recording S24 Ultra
Thanks for the effort but 95% people will choose Samsung s24 ultra over Xiaomi 14 ultra
Xiaomi always innovation for everyone
Clear winner
No e-sim on a 1500 dollar phone. Xiaomi is a joke
Not everyone likes e sim😢
the Xiaomi has an IR Blaster
