My 26" 2 burner LoCo griddle was missing the power cord...is that primarily for digital readout on knobs for temp or what? Home Depot was clueless. What kind and where do I get one....We're hungry here!😅 Thanks
I have the tabletop model and it takes batteries for the smart temperature controls. I am not sure why they didnt make a way to just install batteries for the smart controls on their bigger models. Someone may want to put their griddle somewhere that doesnt have a power source. Which my portable one takes 2 D batteries for one knob so It would be like 6 D batteries for 3 knobs i would assume but still would be nice to at least have that feature as a backup. What if the power goes out?
We bought ours from Home Depot yesterday, and it won't power on when plugged in. It was already assembled when we bought it. Do you have any ideas of why it wont turn on?
I am trying to assemble mine now, i am at step 8 where you connect the wires. I see the wires attached to the side panel, but there are no wires anywhere that i can find to connect to the wire from the power unit. These instructions suck. Can anyone tell me where the wires are that are supposed to be connected in step 8?
@@terrywietfeld7584 drawn up in the USA, design sent to China for cheap labor manufacturing then the company in the USA puts a big o stamp on it, "made in the usa" lol! it should be more like "designed in the USA, manufactured in China because we want to keep more profits for ourselves and people will fall for our made in the USA stamp" 🤣
Thank you! The tip about the wires, and pulling back the sheathing! Saved us!
Thanks for the video brother
Cheers my man!
Easy instructions. Thank you sir. Can't wait for mine to be delivered.
Awesome! Feel free to join the FB group and post up some photos of what you are cooking!
So replacing the battery is simply unscrewing the ignition button and replacing a fresh battery?
Thank you. Very helpful given all the Series 1 that are currently discounted all over. Lots of them being purchased right now.
Glad to help!
Building mine tomorrow. Thanks for the video, my man. Cheers.
Awesome man enjoy it! Also feel free to join the FB group and post up some photos of what youre cooking!
Just built mine. I love the height of it! Going to be super comfortable cooking on it. Going to season it today.
Mine came missing 8 of the screws for the wheels. Anyone else have that issue?

How do you adjust the height of each corner so that the griddle is level?
Can you use this griddle without power?
considering the digital controls, i'd doubt it.

We have the same problem……any solutions?
How’s the build quality?
What about the hose for propane tank
It comes already attached to the griddle assembly.

After seeing those terrible welds under that griddle surface I’ll pass.
Mine just came in. The edges seem to not have been coated properly & show small rust/steel already. Was yours similar? Thank you!
That’s not good
is this thing made in China? if so is there any out door Griddles made in the USA?
I believe EVO griddles are made in the USA.

Dropped it off with no notice of delivery
Left out in the open by the garage
