Would there be an alternate way to cook this for those of us without a smoker?
You can make in any oven
@@BBQFriend ah ok thank you! I’m new to cooking and stuff so I wasn’t sure if it would effect it to cook it in a regular oven

They’re not burnt they’re charred. They look amazing that’s how I like my wings cooked. Nice 👌🏽
Looks amazing ❤
Why tf would you use wagu for ground beef
It may be American wagyu, notice how little marbling there is? Real, Japanese, wagyu is a totally different case. Hope I helped!
it’s american wagyu and it was probably on sale i got a wagyu ribeye on sale the other day and there were wagyu ground beef lbs for sale
because it tastes good
It’s an American Wagyu ground beef. Just like black angus or any other breed of cow, there is a large amount of meat from Wagyu cattle that get ground. It’s some of the best tasting beef out there.
You do know that you can have Wagyu from places other than Japan and it be real right. Japan, Australia, America all have genetic lines of full blood Wagyu cattle
Não manja de churrasco não hein
Why is bruh looking at me like that
Maybe I will try the Allegro BBQ Sauce when I see one at wallmart.
Porkey lolookloooolookksgggogood
The open eyes are scary 😭😭😭
These are just cheeseburgers with the bun flipped???
Pretty much lol
Nice work. Looks delicious
Thanks!
What's it like under the skin? Does it brown up off the smoke and does the smoke flavour get far into the meat?
It’s like baking a turkey, you don’t get browning in the meat just the skin. The smoke adds a nice flavor but it’s not over powering
@BBQFriend thankyou for the reply. I've only tried smoking turkey breast without the skin. Both me and my wife loved it but worried incase its not as nice with the skin left on.
Was the skin crispy?
