I think, a cut-off system should be given to every phone.. Where user can customize, whether they want to stop charging at 70%, 80%, 90% automatically
I personally, keep my phone in range of 25 to 75%...but stopping charge manually at 75%(approx) is really a headache for me

Samsung has the worst service centre ever in India, If normal customers walk in the store with the phone , they would show some cosmetic scratches on the device and tell its physical damage so that's the reason why the battery is swollen and wouldn't honour the warranty. They always try to avoid honouring the warranty , when my Galaxy watch 4 display had issues , they showed some cosmetic scratch on the body(hardly even visible) and told its physical damage. Had to file a consumer complaint against Samsung then got the watch repaired under warranty.

This happened a year ago, My moto one power battery swollen all of a sudden within two days . It swollen in such a way that display panel is tearing apart.

Bhai battery ki bat to ho gayi. Ab Display me problem Aa rhi h kaafi samsung phones me. Specially 2 saal se upar wale phone me. Display me white green tint , deep black ki jagah brown or flickering. Kuch logo ne ispe video b daali h. Or uspe comment b kiya h logo ne ki yahi same exact problem h sabke phone me. Ab ye update se h ya quality hi itni kharab h ki 2 3 sal se jada nhi chal sakta ye nhi clear h .

50 percent logic is not true. I had a battery that started getting swollen. I charged it upto 50 percent and left it. And wanted to give it to some service centre for recycling. But after 10-12 days it had become so thick and swollen that , it almost became three times its width.
What he meant is you have to do it before the battery becomes pregnant 😂
You didn't get it...at 50% the chances of battery swelling are less but not zero

Okay samsung phones has a larger penetration in the market, valid point. But in "Mr whos the boss" video, only samsung phones had swollen battery, no other brand had this issue, even if we compare other brands combinedly (obviously more number of phones as compared to samsung) against sansumg !?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

I had samsung galaxy m11 uska battery phul Gaya tha mein regularly use karta tha and us time mein phone mein thode bahut issues and lage the jaise ki apps uninstall hote the and phone overheat hota tha charge nahi hota tha and baar baar switch off hota tha jab meim samsung service center Gaya tha tab unhone bataya ki battery phul gayi hai and motherboard kharab hogya hai due to battery or phone sahi karne ka 7000 ke aas paas ka kharcha aayega kya logic banta hai ki ek phone jise 10000 me kharida use 7000 mein repair karna very dissatisfied and disappointed by Samsung

I also ordered it a few days back, good phone but there is the heating issue and i also felt that my battery is performing uneven.

Isi se pata chalta hai ki Micromax ne Indian sentiments ka galat fayda uthake apne users ko substandard battery wale phones pakda diye.
