Tsukemen: This dish, also known as "dipping rāmen," involves noodles that are served separately from the broth. The noodles (typically thicker and chewier than rāmennoodles) are served cold or at room temperature, while the accompanying broth (often more concentrated and flavorful than typical rāmen broth) is served hot. To eat Tsukemen, you dip the noodles into the broth before each bite, allowing you to control the balance of flavours.
Join me on a journey through Tokyo, Japan, as I delve into the world of tsukemen, a delectable noodle dish with a unique twist. In this video, I explain the differences between tsukemen and ramen, showcase the ticketing system at a local eatery, and provide insights into the toppings and condiments available at your seat. Menshō Tōkyō is rather unique because of its use of lamb broth.

Looks delicious 😋. Two of my favorite things: tsukemen and lamb. Love lamb but not a lot of places serve it in the US unfortunately. Will have to check it out if I ever visit Japan.

It certainly was delicious! This was actually my first time seeing lamb broth - it is uncommon here, too.

Close! It's tsukemen, where the broth is richer, and it is used as dipping sauce for the noodles (not soup).
