  • Breathing is an incredibly powerful resource, but is largely untapped in the fertility world. This subtle but sophisticated set of exercises is designed to help you release tension from the abdominal area, allowing a natural diaphragmatic breathing pattern to flow. It also guides you through gentle self massage, gradual slowing of the breathing pace, invitations to help cultivate a sense of peacefulness and connectedness with your body.

    I have tried slowing down my breathing so often and couldn`t find the right tools until now when I tried your technique. I am so grateful!

      I always find my abdomen tension by making a 'shhhh' noise. when you push the breath out really quickly while making that noise, you can feel the muscles tense up just under the top layer of the belly.
