@@ginameyer8832 Well, as long as you have regular periods and you’re confirming your ovulation every month and your FSH is under 20 then you have a chance. But if you’re not ovulating, that means you can’t get pregnant. So I wish you all the best. I hope you’re regularly ovulating! 🙏🏼

I just recently decided to become a mother 💜 I am taking the healthy steps. Seeing my GP and gynaecologist for a preconception visit and I am taking my multivitamins and folic acid. I am to reduce stress and this helps so so so much.
Even my premester is beautiful. I’m planning to start trying to get pregnant in 2-3 months because I’m still trying to quit smoking! Two weeks ago I was smoking 10+ cigarettes a day and now I am at 3 a day and want to be cigarette free for at least a month before conception 💜
I never drink alcohol or use drugs. Just those cigarettes for the stress. With these wonderful steps and the help of this meditation every single night is helping me a lot with the stress and cravings that I experience.

10 cigs to 3 is a major improvement. I think two months after my papa quit, he started to look, sound and feel different. His voice was clearer and I never knew how smoke changed voice, throat was clearer (less mucus or less dry, I don’t know), breathing improved and so did his heart after some months, skin (wrinkles or dryness fading; he started to look a few years younger)..
My father quit smoking after 40 years but it wasn’t easy...he smoked two packs a day and worked his way to half a pack a day before he quit cold turkey. I don’t know if he used any nicotine patches or not,
but it was amazing. I can’t imagine how it would be to try quitting.

Developing other tools to deal with stress will help you a lot, and in addition to this meditation, you might try my breathing for fertility meditation. I have been through every test and a surgery to clear any blockages in my body to conceive our 3rd baby. Doctors tell me I should have no problem conceiving just reduce stress. I have been listening this and another video about improving the egg quality a month before IUI but I'm not pregnant. However, I felt so relaxed and also fell asleep when listening to them.
Been ttc for over 4yrs. Struggling with fibroids and having to remove one of my fallopian tubes.. I still have a chance and still have hope please send me all the baby dust 😊

Hi, I recently lost my baby 20 weeks and 5 days stillborn, I’m so sad , I miss him so much. How long should I wait until trying to get pregnant? Please pay for me to get pregnant again and be able to bring my baby home safe .
Hello Reina, the WHO recommends to wait around 3-6 months before trying again, but there are some studies on this which disagree.. you should definitely wait six weeks before having intercorse again (as after birth) but from then on, it is much more about your mental health, than physical.. You should not go into another pregnancy scared, or anxious, it is not good for you, nor the future baby.. I know it is hard, but you should focus on getting your mind back on the tracks before you start trying.. Just know you're not alone in this situation.. I wish you all the luck you need 🤞
I’m so sorry for your loss. That’s devastating. I think Salome’s advice is pretty solid. I would follow the advice of a trusted medical doctor regarding the medical side of things. As for the emotional side, it depends so much on you and your process. Sometimes suffering a loss triggers an intense focus on how to “make it better” and a desperate quest to get pregnant again. I’m some ways it gives us hope and purpose to get back to trying again right away. I’m some ways it distracts us from taking time to grieve and heal. I would suggest just being aware that there are a lot of emotions within you that need time and attention and be open to discovering what is the best healing path for you. Remember that your body is going to be the nurturing home for your next baby so you want to give your body and your heart time to recover well and be resilient for your next pregnancy.
