Fertility Meditation for Deep Healing: Nurture your body and soul on your fertility journey

  • In this Healing for Fertility Meditation, I’ll be inviting you to envision gentle, healing processes to soothe any pain, suffering or ailments within you that could use some nurturing attention.
    Perhaps you've experienced miscarriage, later pregnancy losses, difficulty conceiving or health issues that interfere with your fertility. Or maybe there other hurts that are needing healing unrelated to fertility.
    Whatever pains you have, they are worth attending to and giving healing energy to. Anything that creates stress or imbalance in your system could potentially interfere with your fertility, so tending to these issues may also improve your odds of getting pregnant in the future.
    Taking care of yourself in this way is designed to help bring your whole system into a more harmonious alignment and from a mind-body perspective, this can support better fertility.
    If sadness or tears arise, this can be a healthy part of your healing process. However, If there is a level of emotion arising that feels overwhelming, or triggers reliving of negative memories, then I encourage you to stop this recording and switch to my container imagery or peaceful place meditation.

    We have been trying to conceive our rainbow baby for the past 6 cycles after experiencing a very traumatic stillbirth last year. These meditations are helping me reduce the anxiety and stress surrounding this journey. Thank you for these meditations 🙏🏼✨

    I just want to thank you so much for this beautiful healing meditation- I’ve been using everyday as I heal my womb space from infection that I got from a fertility procedure. This has been a devistating setback on my fertility journey at age 44, but you powerful guided meditation is helping me heal every day - thank you so much

    Dear Natalie, your wonderful voice brings so much hope and relaxation. Is it possible that you also make a video: 1] with birth affirmations to listen to during contractions and delivery 2] about postpartum healing and accepting your body after having a baby? These are also stressful moments of life. And your voice could help a lot of mamas in the world!

      I have been getting many request for meditations to help during pregnancy! I will add your requests to my list as well. Childbirth and postpartum are very special times that can certainly use extra support.

    Ive been listening to this for a couple of days now before going to sleep and yea it seems like it put me right to sleep but every time i tend to feel a change going on in my stomach a painful pain opening everything pure healing. This has got to be working

      Oh goodness, there should not have been ads in the middle. I'm not sure how that happened, but I've adjusted the settings so that shouldn't happen again. But please do let me know if any of my videos are coming up with ads in the middle so I can fix it. Thank you so much for letting me know! I'm also working on creating a set of all my meditations that can be purchased for download with the introductions separated from the main part of the meditation, for those who want to listen repeatedly and wish to skip the intro. Coming soon I hope!

    Is it normal to kind of "blank out" in the middle and not remember what happened exactly?

      This can certainly happen if you drift off and fall asleep. And it's pretty normal to drift off and then sort of return as it ends. If you want to stay more conscious you can do it at times when you are less tired (maybe mid day). And sometimes the mind can blank out if we're going toward something that we internally want to avoid or block out. Most of the time though people are drifting off simply because they are sleepy or just very relaxed.
