This meditation brought so many pleasant sensations and images. I saw in that gazebo several women who are examples of motherhood to me. I know they’re by me now on this journey. Thank you Dr Natalie, it’s a delicate and empowering meditation.

Lovely meditation, I enjoyed to be walked through the meadows and meeting with my mother, my grandmother and connecting with the motherly energy of our female ancestors - I feel wrapped up in the loving care and compassion as I look forward to inviting my own child one day 💞
