🐇 I hate running and after leg days, these walks are perfect and challenging! I kept the incline between 2-4 for an extra challenge in the first block.
🐇 I did this as a jog instead. Followed the time up increasing by one mph. Round two started two minutes and down following the 15 decrease. But also started my slowest pace ending with my last one minute as a sprint. I love that you can make these workouts your own. Thanks Rachel!
