Dude, THANK YOU for this. That little rubber flap in the front groove was the culprit for me and I spent 2 hours trying to get this back on. For whatever reason, every single other video that shows the bumper removal neglects to show the re-installation and that is by far the trickiest part. For others still needing help: once the bumper is anchored at the top, wrap your fingers around the very bottom edge of the black plastic in the front and feel for a little thin rubber sheet. Hold that down and pull out/back until the sheet slides under the intruding part that rests above it. This was the trick that did it for me. The plastic intruding part of the car was in the fender groove that he mentioned but the little rubber sheet was bunched up and it blocked the front fastener holes from lining up.
I’ve been trying to put it back on for over an hour after putting a sport grill on and a splitter. Do you think the screws for the splitter would be an issue or prevent it from lining up right
There is not a camera on mine but there is a small piece that can be removed on the grille for the jdm camera. Not sure if there is a way to hook up the jdm camera
Noted. Thanks. Didn’t want any surprises pulling the bumper off a limited. Someone mentioned that the directional headlights operate based on a front camera.
@@NikNikJuice direction of the beam would be controlled by the steering angle sensor. The auto high beams are controlled by the front camera on the windshield/rear view mirror.

I just want to say plenty interesting, but wasn't expecting this to pop up in Muyskerm's PayDay 3 playlist😅
I guess we know what Bob is driving 😂
@@thes2kguy he mentioned on Distracible that he got a new grill for his car. I guess he needed help installing it.
Super helpful, much appreciated man.
That bottom had me stuck too until i found your video. Thanks!
Glad I could help!
Bruh . I been struggling with this haha. Got a sub from me. That bottom part was getting me.. this made it so easy now. Thanks
Thanks for the sub! I have other install videos too. Lmk if you need help 👍🏻
Thank you 🙏🏽

The screws on my front lip were not effecting me installing the bumper. I don’t think there will be any issues with having a splitter installed
Hey Joey, I just had my front sports grill installed and the sides of my bumper and the bottom seem a little loose. Is this normal?
I installed the grill today and broke 2 of those push clips lol. Have to go get some more from local subie dealer tomorrow
Those clips are much cheaper at car shops.
Is there a front camera in the grill?
