I wouldn't suggest it. TRU is ideal for indoor applications. The freeze-thaw and exposure to moisture would not be good for this overlay product. I'd suggest a different product, like Cement All: www.runyonsurfaceprep.com/CTS-Rapid-Set-55-Pound-Bag-Cement-All-Grout.item
