Here’s a 14 day detox diet that I am following and sharing with all of you. The things that you should eat more of, and the things that you should avoid in this detox.     1 Luke warm water and lemon juice or or amla
    2 lots of water
    3 dinner by 7-8
    4 dinner and breakfast gap 12 hours
    5 add lots of fibber ie veggies
    6 no milk 🥛
    7 no wheat
    8 no sugar gur or honey
    9 rice is ok brown and white both ok

    14 day detox tips....
    * Warm lemon or aamla water 1st thing in d morning.
    *Have lot of water throughout the day.
    *Have dinner before 8pm.
    *Do intermittent fasting 12:12.
    *Have lots and lot of fiber lyk spinach, brocolli nd veggies.
    *Avoid Milk,sugar, honey, jaggary, Wheat, bread,junk for 14 days....

    Jowar ka aata (Sorghum Flour) is a good alternative of wheat flour. It doesn’t have any gluten hence a lot easier to digest as compared to wheat flour. Other option could be quinoa flour or moong daal flour.

    Great plan I really want to follow but u didn't clear many things.such as 1.can we have legums/pulses?
    2.Avoiding milk means only milk or all dairy products such as curd,buttermilk,cottage cheese etc.
    3.What about nuts and seeds?

    Wonderful tips, I want to do this but before I do. I want to understand how white rice rice is more good (because will have it in 14 days diet) and why not wheat ??? Really want to understand because I always heard that rice is not a good option during diet. Wheat is a good option so please help me understand between these two.       Wheat and rice contains lot if carbohydrates which eventually break down to give us energy but if we cut down the carbs in our diet ,body will use stored fat to produce enery that is why carbs rich are mostly avoided in weight loss diets

    It's really awesome. Chhavi I always look forward to watch you especially after being a mom. Also trying best to tightening my flabby lower abdominal muscles post C sec.     I had really followed 50%of all the tips u suggested... during the lockdown period
    But again during the festive season I broke the chain and anyhow couldn't manage to continue...

    Hi..
    I just want to know.. Only milk we should avoid or all milk products like curd and paneer as well

      You will have to give up all milk products..don't eat all white things like sugar, milk, panner, curd, lassi etc.

      @@divyapatel4066 Actually I got diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and don't able to follow that detox diet plan but surely when I recover I'll definitely follow it .
      Upto then if you can give me any advice regarding my disease then you can it's dermatomyositis and I am on steroids 🙄

    Mam i am a breastfeeding mother (of 6month old bby) and hunger strikes me a lot. So i used to eat chapati only. Is it ok if i eat rice both the time?? Because i've heard rice cause weight gain. Please suggest
