Yea, I think the sweetspot for me is 2 rays, 2 bounces in terms of performance / visuals. Can't really see much difference beyond those settings other than tanking my fps. I'm still torn between restir DI and restir DI/GI, though..
@Jayb0227 Nice Just remember that the number of rays and bounces only affects ReSTIR DI mode. ReSTIR GI and ReGIR use other ways to calculate bounce light, so you can think it's more dynamic. So scenes with ReSTIR GI usually are brighter and have more detailed contact shadows compared to ReSTIR DI 2/2 rays and bounces, but sometimes can look more unstable. ReSTIR DI can perform better, but scenes with lots of vegetation are heavier
Distance texture in my game are really ugly... trees, pnj faces, cars etc doesnt load properly before 50m. Don't know what to do, installed lod mod, draw distance mod and nothing change. I run a rtx4090 with i9 13900k so it's not my hardware. Do you have any idea or recommandation to help me to solve my issue? Thanks in advance
I running gtx 1080ti & razen7 with 60fps full ultra and all is great about loading things, my game looks even better than in this video, i only dont have ray tracing but honnesly i dont need it atm pay attention about parameters ingame and drivers ofc, if you installed the game on ssd (what i guess) and not on hdd ofc, etc
i see that u know your mods. ive got 125 of them most of it clothes etc. Also i have fsr3 mod to get framegen cuz RT takes a lot of power. and while i play this game with RT turned on it glitches sometimes. Textures and light i think. I can drop you screenshots of those mods.
Beautiful, now let me look for a - oh nvm a paywall
Hey. Thanks for using my mod (Advanced Path Tracing). Curious to see you using only 1 bounce per pixel. Nice video by the way!

@@SwurvGaming i'll give it a try! Thanks dude!
There are several mods trying to solve this issue with mixed results. Other option is to use distance dof with reshare.
Looks nice! What is the car mod used in this video?
Thanks, that's not a mod, in-game Quartz Bandit.
