- Photorealistic gameplay from Cyberpunk 2077 with ultra realistic path tracing modded graphics. Visuals made possible with DLSS 3.5, ReSTIR GI Path Tracing and the new mod DreamPunk 1.0. Running on RTX 4090.
Graphics Mod in use is:
DreamPunk 1.0 - a Graphics Overhaul for Cyberpunk 2077 that includes:
- A complete rework of all weathers & lighting, designed for realism.
- A custom LUT for SDR and HDR based on DaVinci tone mapping.
- A tuned graphics configuration for more stable RT and PT.
- 4 optional ReShades for Post FX and DOF.

Finally a mod that doesn't require everything being wet for a proper showcase.
and one of the following super coputers to run smoothly: Frontier / Aurora / Eagle / Fugaku / LUMI / Leonardo / Summit.
Yea, but most of the "gameplay" footage looks like average cp2077 with some colour correction. Only "photorealistic" part is high-def car\bike models showcase. Driving just does not feel right, I would argue moded GTA5 looks better in that regard.
This engine can be pretty capable even without reshade mods, just taking "photos" with depths of filed effect and some high detail car models in correct environment can result in near photorealistic images, but it's all falls apart as soon as you add some default car\NPC\other object models.
For this game to look and feel like first 30 seconds of the video, all objects in the game world have to be same quality as in the showcase part and I don't think this engine could handle that. Will be pretty interesting to see what UE5 can do...

@@snoozecat4389 more likely every 4-6 years you need to upgrade pc, the vid just shows whats possible but lets be real i wouldnt play cyberpunk even in this quality, theres just too much motion blur that makes me sick, the camera work when hes trying to show the cars its too much of the "trying to be real movements" and then depth of field is also annoying, guess why he mostly shows driving, not actual hardware demanding gameplay with lots of boom boom his pc would probl. crash or get super laggy xD
but like you said, wouldnt hurt to have both but with some effect being less it does look very good tho
@@hikarih9859 look at the 3080. By now which nearly 3 yrs, most game cannot run at 144 fps full setting with that gpu, take enshrouded for example.

This is really cool because if you crash in game, your pc crashes in real life.

From 2:20 to 2:40, you could almost convince someone that was real life footage from a video camera.
That's how the entire game looks like fully maxed 4k with path tracing, it's just insane! Plus it's a 4 year old game!

@@JeremyFriebel Mini LED just isn’t really here yet for monitors. So far the best monitor I could find over a year ago was the Alienware OLED and till mini LED is BLOWING away my monitor I see no reason to upgrade yet. (Yes I watch monitor reviews all the time lol)

The realism visuals mixed with the game physics is a weird juxtaposition lol. Like when he opens the throttle while entering a sharp turn and the bike stays leaned over. The fact the bike doesn't stand up and go wide makes me remember it's a video game 😅

One of the main factors that make Cyberpunk Cyberpunk is seeing Night City bathed in colors and neon lights. Real life is plain in comparison.

*CD Project should turn these mods into a graphics option in the game's settings, for people to simply enable with one click. It's not that difficult for them.*
At this point, I'm not even sure if CDPR is able to swap a simple texture without crashing the whole thing.

Dof, Motion blur and screen shake are examples of what not to use for realism. You turn that off.

If you use the frame generation mod you can get kinda close! Basically turned my 3090 into a 4070 ti.

This is pretty crazy. I'd tone down the depth of field blur a tad though, tends to give the illusion of miniatures. Real life doesn't lose focus that much over those distances

The fidelity during the Intro Showcase at the beginning is out of this world. If I get your Patreon and install the DreamPunk 1.0 modlist does that include everything to make the game look as good as it does during the intro showcase? I have a 4070 Super btw, but I don't mind lower FPS if it looks this good!

i did it. but i wonder. can i still use "gits 3.0" mod with the "kuria" lut ? what is exacly the "dreampunk" archive file ? is it a lut file ? i would love to know some more so i can improve it further. i already downloaded some great mods that made the textures even better and control the weather and crowd.

Damn, looks awsome! I 'm playing the 2.1 update phantom liberty on an 7900 xtx/Ryzen 7 7800X3D on ultra and it still looks kind a "flat" to me. But this is amazing real! One note: the showcased vehicles are oldtimers by 2077 😁

This is all amazing and everything, but I kinda wish they'd show a mission being done with these graphics lol. Like something epic. Maybe that whole mission with the parade leading to a boss fight? Or the Johnny Silverhand mission.
