It's a rare for me to write but "Someone to Rely On" is a love song. We can find ourselves in different places at different times in relationships. We initially build up walls to protect ourselves, and as times goes by they slowly come down as we learn to trust someone. It can be an unsettling thing when the mystery is gone and we leave ourselves wide open. But it is what I believe we are here for. To love and be loved.
