If you use CoQ10 for an antioxidant, then use ubiquinol, the reduced form. If you're using CoQ10 to make the electron transport chain in the mitochondria more efficient, then use ubiquinone, the oxidized form. The Redox process in the electron transport chain requires that you start off with the oxidized form, which is then reduced in the third enzyme complex.
@@drsharukh1098Absolutely correct. That said, ubiquinone is a lot less expensive to buy than ubiquinol. Plus there's no redundant step. But what you say is correct. Many thanks!

Well, everyone needs something, why not invest in what you value the most, especially if it's health? If it's not supplements, a person is usually buying something that is not even helping them in the long run. People ALWAYS complain about buying things that might truly help their health or whine about investing the time to turn around their health. But people are more than glad to waste money and mess up their health by jacking up their blood sugar levels on their daily Starbucks order, for example. If a person saved a few days to a week's worth of Starbucks money to buy a high quality supplement and committed to it, they'd start to see positive change. Then they can build on it and invest time and money into seeing a nutritionist and fitness trainer AND COMMIT to it, they see a difference over time. I'm not rich, just smart.
