Or is there a way that an adapter with outlet/connection for 2 guns can be installed in the air outlet towards the gun? And how many PSI would be recommended?
You should never connect two guns to the same supply. Each gun needs to have independent fluid and air control. Pressure settings depend on the material and flow rate requirements. We encourage you to connect with your local Graco industrial equipment distributor about your specific requirements and the best way to make any pressure pot and air spray gun setup work for you. If you're in Mexico, you can follow this link to find a distributor near you: www.graco.com/mx/es/in-plant-manufacturing/how-to-buy/where-to-buy.html?wtb_code=CAP
In the video, you may not see the stream of paint because it was dispensing into the pail. If your question actually is about your particular pressure pot and air spray gun setup, we encourage you to reach out to your local Graco finishing equipment distributor. You would need to add a second air regular to control the atomizing air to the gun. You can contact your local Graco finishing equipment distributor about ordering the air regulator kit, part number 235042: www.graco.com/us/en/in-plant-manufacturing/product.235042.html
The AirPro is a low pressure air spray gun and cannot be used in air assisted or airless applications. To help you determine tip size, we would need to understand your flow rates and pattern size requirements, as well as the type of project you're working on. "Conventional" refers to spray technology used in the gun, and "pressure feed" refers to how the paint is delivered to the gun. In this video, the AirPro is a conventional air spray gun that uses standard air atomizing technology. The pressure pot feeds or supplies the coating to the AirPro spray gun under pressure, making it suitable for applications requiring a steady flow of material. Conventional spray technology does not use electrostatics. This article compares the two technologies: www.graco.com/us/en/in-plant-manufacturing/solutions/articles/conventional-vs-electrostatic-spray-guns.html
Hey mate any idea why my pressure pot would be losing fluid flow without any pressure drop? It just slowly drops off, I'm spraying water based enamel no leaks no blocks it's a brand new unit. Cheers
You might not have a good air supply. The supply line could be too small or the air supply source doesn't have enough volume to keep up with the flow demand. For better troubleshooting, we encourage you to contact your local Graco finishing equipment distributor, or contact our technical support team in your region. Do Garco supply 2 quart pressure pot with agitator? We only have 1 quart of paint but we do need agitator as well because the paints are heavy metal based ones.
Our smallest pressure pot with agitator package includes a 2 gallon low pressure pot. Can you help me, I have a similar unit, only it is 12 gallons, and the guns are the same, but I use it for 2 cabins, the air connections for the guns are taken from an independent line, we adjust the first regulator to about 20 psi, but is there a problem if I keep the second regulator, which is the air outlet to the gun, at zero? Since I do not use that outlet, it is worth mentioning that I have not had a good result, since the paint comes out dry
It is okay to set the second gun air regulator to zero when it is not in use. If the paint atomization is too dry, then the air pressure is either set too high or the air cap selection is incorrect. We apologize for taking awhile to reply to your concern. For more immediate replies that pertain more to your situation, we encourage you to connect with your local Graco industrial equipment distributor. Not sure who that is? What if you buy the kit with just 1 regulator? The one regulator is just for the pot, so how do you adjust your air pressure at that point
