@@WillNace if you go back and watch the end of the video where you're talking to us sitting in front of the tank Crush was trying to get in just about the centre of the back of the wall of the tank he was trying to get in that little ledge there but it obviously is too small so I mean could you build something off there, not on the floor of the tank but on the actual wall of the tank that he could actually crawl into which is what he was trying to do, it would look like an entry to an underwater cave almost
I have to say it looks terrific. I'm not gonna say I would go for real plants because I don't even have a fly river. I know he'll eat them and a lot of debris but still. beautiful tank. 🔆
Universal background looks good. The substrate is not appropriate for a Pig-Nosed Turtle. In the wild I’ve only ever seen them on fine, soft sand which they tend to bury in. If they get abrasions on their carapace dermis you can get issues with fungus &/or bacterial infections.
Best fly river turtle tank...hardly. no such thing as a best turtle tank for any turtle. Turtles shouldn't be kept in glass tanks period. Especially a fly river one.
