hello doctor, is it possible that you could just look into my issue and guide me a bit as for last 8 years no orthopaedic neurologist or physiotherapist is able to make out the issue present. It started with L5S1 disc buldge and severe pain in the inside of legs at shin splints point but it's not shin splints and started at the same time I got the stroke of disc. 2 years after that with physiotherapy I was able to recover 85% in my lower back but legs persist. And at that time a burning sensation started in the middle back a bit to the right of backbone below scapula. If I sit in a normal position or ride bike it will start to burn within 5mins and won't got for that day then. Lot of issues in knees came and went. Every year for 3 or 4 months something new will start. Since covid started I got this under fibromyalgia treatment . First it was immune suppresant, which I'm not totally sure but probably my leg pain was gone for the first time in 7 years. Earlier with physiotherapy machines it would give relief but this medicine seem to be permanent. The pain used to be such that even a touch of finger at that point and I would jump. After that tried with antidepressants as for fibromyalgia and tried gabaplus and other medicines to reduce nerves and muscles sensitivity. But till now nothing worked. And Fee months backs probably due to stress some new points of such burning pain emerged in middle back same place just left to backbone this time and one point in left chest and the pain in legs started again which resulted in hault of all my activities. All blood tests are normal, nothing worked as for fibro, something else which is triggering nerves but no idea. If anyway could you please help in this. Only if in pointing to the direction that could resolve. Thankyou
Sorry to hear you are not getting any relief. Unfortunately, I don't know what that could be or what would help since I can't evaluate you. Have you been continuing with low back stretches and exercises? Often disc issues can cause leg pain (and sometimes mid back pain). Maybe some sciatica videos would help. @@AskDoctorJo I have kept doing my lower back workout and it's 90 percent fine and also I never had any pain on the outer side of my leg and every doctor says then sciatica is not involved. It's just my middle back pain which starts if i sit for 5 mins without support or drive bike and it's a burning sensation . For last 2 years Its being diagnosed as fibromyalgia though no medication worked and no one knows what to do. I personally with my sahre of reading everything on this and experience together feel that just my muscles are not able to take certain load or activities, specifically some are weak and others are over strong which take the load in most of the activites but for some specific like standing or sitting straight which puts all pressure in thoracic region causes the pain .

Omg it actually worked because today I was having the worst middle pain ever and then when I searched you and did the second one the pain went away and now I only need 2 days to recover from that thank you so much!!!❤❤❤
Great mid back stretches. Should of been doing these before my weight lifting sessions. Having mid back spasms especially when sitting or relaxing in recliner or bed. Think maybe I pinched a nerve from my lifting workouts. These stretches already seem to make that area feel better and loose. Thank you👍🙏
A chiropractor did damage to my thoracic spine (I was there to be treated for migraines... not crack my back). Over the years, the pain came and went. Today, it's been back with a vengeance! While the area is very inflamed, these exercises seem to have helped some today. I'll keep them up... I know they will do me good. Thanks! 😊

I don't really know what exactly happened but yesterday my back suddenly started hurting, and I'm unable to breathe comfortably. It hurts so much, I tried this exercise and it only gave me just a tiny bit of relief, it still hurts tho.

You're welcome! Sometimes doing them before can help prevent the pain, but if not, doing them after to relax the muscle will hopefully help.

When I try to hold those side stretches my neck and shoulders get so tired I can’t hold it. Can I do it for 15-20 seconds and do more reps?
It can be done for a shorter time.
