I am the owner of this bike. I can honestly say that BHP UK have done an amazing job, they are professional, respectful but above all extremely knowledgeable in their field of work. the bike is amazing, usable at any speed and if you want to it will pull your arms off. A huge thanks to the team at BHP UK. Paul
Thanks for the kind words Paul. It was an absolute pleasure to work with you and Darren on your bikes. The feedback you gave us was invaluable. Thanks again.
Hi im considering having the remap done on my zh2 What garage did you take it too, if you could give me the address, and some idea of the cost for the work, many thanks
with the current 200bhp of my zh2, which i can never fully utilize, the additional bhp for me is not needed at all... so scary fast already.. tnx. ride safe 👍 👍
Great work! This is a serious tuner. They do not alter the max rev like many others. This motor will rev higher and gain power all the way up, but on the risk of impeller speed overrun. Just wonder if they use "handheld"(Dimsport) or Woolich interface ("LogBox").
I wonder where the sweet spot is for the motorcykle in terms off mantaining the reability off the bike. Ive already heard about transmission failures. Does the gearbox manage a 50+hp increase, or the clutch? I just not want to buy a tune I want to know that its safe for my bike also.
Usually the bike is designed for much more than what it offer for example my Hayabusa stock can go up to 250hp with nothing changed on the engine, but injectors are good for 240hp n/a and 220 turbo, also the clutch can't hold more than 280 hp need replace the springs and original it is 175 HP in the crank, usually the tune makes the engine work on a better temperature which makes it last longer, but going on full throttle for a long time will damage it as much as if it were original
Hey guys, amazing gains, I would like to know if it's possible to reinstall the original ecu map through the device PC once needed? Or do I need to purchase additional equipments for it?
Thanks Ace. The original file is always available on the device. You can switch between the modified and original as many times and whenever you like. 👍🏻
Hi from Australia, what fuel are you running? The ECU flash tunes from the US make our bikes pig rich due to our much denser 98 octane fuel. Ive had consistent plug failure on my X-plane R1 and 2x the fuel consumption just pottering about on the roads. Definitely interested if your map caters for 98 and you have someone in Australia that can deliver your tune!
We have 98 octane readily available in the U.K. “Normal” unleaded petrol is 95 octane here and most run their bikes on 98 anyway. We can deliver our flasher to Australia no problem. You can find it here for the ZH2 shop.bhp-uk.net/products/kawasaki-ecu-flasher?variant=41209439486005
@@BHPUK lol what? as a tuning company that claims to work on a lot of forced induction vehicles, and in your own words have access to view manifold absolute pressure data from this ECU. How are you completely unaware of what you're doing? You claim you haven't increased the boost... You've increased the rev limiter on a chain driven centrifugal supercharged engine. YES you've increased the boost.. Any RPM over the factory limiter will be yielding an increase in boost over the lower rev limiter. Yes these bikes are limited by the e-throttle being closed at high RPM. But to claim that you're somehow gaining all this power with no extra boost is just a lie.
@@checkyourself164 😂😂😂 Wanna see the data logs? The dump valve stops the absolute pressure going any higher than it achieves at factory settings. We would normally ignore trolls 🧌but for you we’ll make an exception. You have a little understanding of how forced induction works but as they say, a little knowledge is dangerous and with your little knowledge you have made yourself look a little foolish. 😂😂
@@Carvetii Way to make yourself look dumb as fuck too, check the datalog traces. They're revving past the factory rev limiter, it's a centrifugal charger, supercharger impeller RPM increases with engine RPM. Sounds mental.. probably needs the extra oomph because the bike is a bit heavy 👍🏻👍🏻

I have a Ninja H2, do you have a flash for that?
That are great figures!
I am curious as this bike is supercharged, how do you manage to increase the boost?
Contrary to popular belief we don’t actually increase the boost. The restrictions are not in the boost.

is the ecu restriction still there? i mean the oem ecu restricted the output to like 30% after certain rev level. Thanks
No we remove the throttle restrictions.

Can the ZH2 ECU be set remotely via the network? just for the track, i'm in the philippines

Would a full dcat system make much of difference in power gains?
It’s easy to speculate but the proof is on the dyno. We’ll let you know as soon as we have had one on the dyno.

full sytem +10whp
air filter +2whp
