0:22 OMG the most perfect interpretation of this run I’ve heard!! Very creative. 🤩
truly mind-blowing
1:44 is played amazingly well!!! Probably my favorite recording alongside Horowitz's (very different but both wonderful).
" titanica".
Sempre vivissimi complimenti, Maestro Russo.
You play this difficult etude so beautifully and with such elegance. Great 👍
Bravo! I love this interpretation of this work!
Complimenti signor Sandro, grazie per questa esecuzione.
Meraviglioso pezzo ed eseguito splendidamente.
Woah, what a revolutionary interpretation, I’m left in awe. 🥲
Bravo and congratulations Sir.
I listened to it, and I added imediately to my favorites! The best version on youtube for sure.
A nice treat before I go to bed!
It's funny how I was exactly searching for Mr. Russo playing this etude; what a wonderful interpretation it is...
Great piano works Sandro ! i've moved whole my soul, Thanks for sharing great movie.
He describes scriabin's colors very well
Touching performance . . .
Beautiful misic, nicely played sir!!!👏👏
This is a historic video!
My favorite version on youtube, I think, the strucking is very clear..
practicing on the piano was sooooooo fun. It's amazing, isn't it!?
Inspired layering of voices using wide contrasts in articulation and pedaling.
so unique!!!!
1.- It´s very interesting to hear the unusual and special tone of Horowitz´s instrument, brilliant in the high register, cantabile in the middle, and explosive in the lower. One can identify Volodya´s sound at the very first second, and here one of the reasons (the other of course was his mastership). 2.- There´s two versions I like so much: a.- Horowitz´s 25th anniversary recital (1953), which I like more than his CBS recording of the seventies, and b.- Ronald Turini´s wonderful performance, that you can find in youtube (Turini was one of his 3 officially recognised disciples).
Extraordinary study, this is also a beautiful music, and so difficult to play, you play it as Horowitz himself, wonderful, bravo !!!!
wonderful!
Bravo! some very interesting voicing..
Wow the way you pronounce lines inbetween & use strenght at the end is really great sometimes even too much but great!! maybe iam commerce but i rather like some notes of the whole set played softer (more dreamy at 1:17) & how you change the intensity 1:44 is just BAMM!!! journey!! love it!
Brilliant.
Wow bravo!
Well played . Seems to me to have the proper amount of agitation, probably what Scriabin had in mind since it is marked Affannato.
This really does sound like Horowitz piano! Amazing!! I wonder if they used the same mics.
Bravo
Best approach since Kissin. Bravo!!
I should prefer the hybrid of both, honestly😂 Beatiful clearness of Sandro with the soft tender melodic lines made by Eugene Kissin! The great finds of the Sandro's version are the secondary voices to emphasise❤👍👌
Kissin also has beautiful dynamic strikes and some agogic frases freedom I've missed a lot here to be completely perfect version for me. Even though, fantastic❤🎉
Horowitz performance on his all-Scriabin LP does more for me than any other for 1 reason: in the 1st restatement of the opening section is unique in that it is played non-legato, which is Horowitz's choice (not indicated in the score) and was a brilliant choice IMHO. Some might find it a trivial thing but I like it...;8. There are many fine performances out there otherwise. I saw a 12-year old do a fine job of it once...
A truly great performance which I like more than Richter (too fast) and Kissin.Comparable to Sofronitzky.Thank you and Bravo!
Bravoooo
Indeed`
phenominal. nice!
I wonder why the logo was planed off the sides of the piano...
"Horowitz Piano".
The same,
what did he take
from concert to concert?
it can be your favorite one, but still wont be the best on youtube ^^
Isn't Horowitz's piano CD-503?
I love Horowitz though. Alien or not.
Probably because Horowitz was a mad alien form from Jupiter!!
Too bad Jupiter is a gaz based planet...
outstanding :) I like yours better than Horowitz interpretation
This is very goood... Im a bit suprised but i liked it better than Horowitz.
I actually liked this more than Horowitz interpretation for some reason....not sure why...
pedestrian
***** I agree that his comment was totally unnecessary and untrue but so were the subtle racist undertones in your remarks...
@@verslaflamme666 Probably written by some ten year old kid who can't even read music!
