- Doctor Who just revealed this season's big villain! The God of All Gods aka Sutekh has appeared around the TARDIS and is preparing to wreck chaos on the universe. It seems form glimpses of the upcoming episode, “Empire of Death”, that Sutekh is going to be a tough villain for The Doctor and his friends to take down. But, if you’re new to Doctor Who, you might not know who this villain is.

The original sutekh looked a damn sight more scary than the obnoxious object designed by CGI.
OG Sutekh was badass but he looked goofy af without his mask on lmao

like everything in modern day doctor who, it sucks and is gay.
Last I checked Set/Suetekh was the god of chaos and evil. Not death specifically. But I suppose stretching mythology is a given.
Set was also responsible for bringing the dead to be judged, so it's not that much of a stretch

@@legionfalaise7778 Seems like they amalgamated anubis and sett. the name also made me think of sekhmet... who is supposed to protect the world but is fated to get too blooddrunk and kill everything in an ocean of blood.
Surekh was first hinted ( technically) in Wide Blue Yonder.
I just watched this episode again for that reason, it's absolutely jammed with foreshadowing, triangles galore, hieroglyphic writing, a jackle captain and when the tardis leaves the windows are orangey not white

"School Reunion" was still the bigger threat all in all. If the Krilitane's would have suceeded, they would have become the only Gods. With no other Gods.
The Krilitanes would have become the most powerful beings, with control over Time and Space and Matter. They nearly accomplished that.
The Krilitane itself are not as dangerous as Sutekh as a being, but what they were about to do, was groundbreaking. Sutekh is nothing VS. the Universal Code!
Okay if I had a dollar for every time a doctor who villain from the OG series returning in the new one and a god-like entity... I would have two dollars. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird it's happened twice now.

Just a few thoughts:
Chameleon Arch Circuitry... She is Susan before she is Susan. The woman dropping Ruby off is River Song. 11 and River did have sex. River is human with Gallifreyan DNA that could be easily masked. So at the end, she would be taken to Gallifrey to 1 (harnell)... as his grand daughter.
Or is a child of his daughter Jenny but Jenny would not have the full access of Time Lord Technology.
Or if is Susan - regenerated to a child or a child of Susan and David.... She regenerates at end of S01 (New new who) to be the new companion for S02 ...
It would be so much easier if stuck with the original season/series numbering.

The house in Pyramid's of Mars was Mick Jagger's home. Sutekh could't get any satisfaction there either....
I honestly don't mind the new design of Sutekh

Janet Fielding just recently came back to Doctor Who. I don’t see why we can’t round off Tegan’s arc with the Mara as a trilogy. The Season 20 trailer got me really excited at the prospect

I just saw the blurred face at 56 second's to who is hooded figure is but I am not sure but It might be tecteun in doctor who Flux but I am not sure but it looked like ruby's mum possibly
