@@demon_hawkeye5269 I immediately had to stop reading when I hit "spoiler for S3 the Boys" (and thank you for tagging that, BTW!).
I personally didn't have a problem with that aspect of it.
The Master has a ton of experience with the Matrix from past serials, and is uniquely obsessed with the Doctor. If anybody was going to find an obscure record in the Matrix and realise it referred to the Doctor, it would be him.
@@demon_hawkeye5269 the Master finding obscure information in the Matrix isn't at all out of character. In fact, you can basically sum the Master's entire character over the last 6 decades as a kind of spy version of Tyrion Lannister - he wears disguises and he knows things.
@@MichaelJohnson-kq7qg no, its not out of character for him to snoop but for that information to be accessible by anyone on the master's level of intelligence is logically hard to believe at best when it's one of the biggest, if not the biggest secret of the timelords
Man, I really enjoyed your editing. Great script!
We should definitely of gotten a Potenaster Gang spin off
I think you could also make the argument that Castellan Spandrell is the Doctor's companion in "The Deadly Assassin".
9:45 That was brutal and unnecessary. You were right though and I did subscribe
"You look lovely by the way"
ME, without hesitation out loud alone in my room : "OH YOU'RE SO SWEET, YOU TOO DARLING !"
Love from your black french trans girl 🏳🌈🏳⚧
9:44 Never felt more called out. Brain = Melted , Channel = subscribed
TV movie 2 baby the return of paul megranate
I think an episode like Human Nature/Family of Blood is the perfect mix of these two aspects of the show
2:00 when did the doctor kill god
I think that tank in 2016 felt like a serious death knoll for Dr Who. Steven Moffat was done (i dont blame him), Capaldi was doing the old 3 season wrap up. I think the biggest tragedy is is that these episodes at the end of series 9 with some of the best for awhile, like I just will never get past how the doctor spent billions of years in a torture prison killing himself over and over to punch through a diamond wall just for it to be mentioned in the next episode then really never again.
Death ‘knoll’? Is that a nasty hill in Yorkshire? You mean nell. Still death knoll is a lovely phrase. I’m using that from now on. Cheers!
@@diskgrinder it very likely could be! But yes i did mean nell, but knoll does sound better.
@@diskgrinderisn't it spelled knell? (Genuine question I've got no idea if nell is also a valid spelling)
@@daiyahigashikata remember the part he falls on the ground in front of the whatever wall and clara has to actually talk to him to get him back up?
he says it, that's always when he remembers everything, and he means the other times he repeated the maze. it's when he asks "why can't I just lose?", it's why he feels so defeated before clara talks to him. and it would probably get worse with every cycle.
so yes, the guy who told river it was the first time he laughed in a long time, experienced the 4.5 billion years in the maze.
You’re an excellent content maker - sense of humor hits me perfectly.
What an amazing conclusion. That was fantastic
I have to say I quite liked Flux, it was the only part of the Chibnall era I didn't hate. That and Eve of the Daleks. The episodes didn't feel like first drafts rushed into production with zero thought put into them
I hope I don't need a tv license to watch this video 😫 😭 😩
Never seen your channel before but this was randomly in my suggested, and I loved it! This video is so well made and entertaining, I’ll be sticking around for more!
This video is fantastic and hilariously funny. defo subbing
Bingo! I was resonating with these videos on a very deep level, and now I realized why... A fellow Capaldi-appreciator :D
Never watched a single minute of Dr. Who, but I love watching British people enthusiastically rant about it!
(I wish I was British... 😮💨)
You are a funny guy and I do appreciate your take on Who I have been a fan since 1978 when I first started watching the 4th Doctor and have been a Who fan ever since.
ok, i love capaldis frcking best episode and couldn-t get over 30 seconds of this vid... l'm going to rewatch his series now
This video genuinely made my day, you're hilarious man. 😂
Considering 12 quid in 1963 is about £209.45 now I’m not surprised at the effects quality. I’m more horrified at inflation
At 9:07 Tennant looks terrifying idk why. He might be mirrored. Actually that's probably it.
The Doctor Dances is the best episode of New Who. It and the Empty Child will never lose the crown
Calling me out with that venn diagram
