I always inject my patients’ lips under either full dental block or so called Amsterdam block. I use Lidocaine 2% without epinephrine (no chance of heart palpitations, and anesthesia lasts 30-40 min max). Everyone who have tried this completely painless way of lip augmentation once have never gone to topical numbing again. People definitely appreciate no pain procedures

I did lip fillers with no numbing agent in the product because I was scared to have an allergic reaction. So I was numbed with topical cream and that’s it. The procedure was sooo painfull that I passed out. The pain was unbearable. Never again!

I had topical lidocaine and a dental block and the filler still hurt me so badly. Am I just unlucky?

I used the topical and the dental block as well and I could still feel the needle too :(
