Try at least one year after Rhinoplasty for the swelling to subside and even at that it might take even longer if your body swells up with water weight as a women. Always give yourself longer than you think for any kind of results to take place. I am on my second surgery and find it is taking me at least 18 months to start feeling normal each time.

This doctor is a life saviour 🙏🏻, I had my rhinoplasty just before 17 days. My nose was very big (bigger than the size of my nose before surgery) when my doc removed my splint (on 11th day post surgery). I worried a lot and cried because I looked like a monster. I saw his videos and gained some confidence. Although my surgeon said everything will be alright, I couldn't believe it, because he didn't explain things the way how this man has explained. Now it's 17th day after my surgery my nose swelling reduced little bit ( but still looks bigger). But I got confidence it will be alright. I will share my experience here after few more days.

I hate how people always say "smile lines", when I RARELY smile or laugh; also, my neutral face is not in a smiling position. Mine is from an extremely stressful period that pretty much changed me forever...... thus I lost the little bit of weight that I had and voilà, there they were. It's NOT from smiling.

My crush has no visible nasolabial folds even when he smiles and I'm so furious because I have it 😂😂 so now I got thin to see if i would still have it. Well after getting thin, I still have it but not so much visible. There's still sugar fat which I intend to get rid of by consuming less to no sugar and by running to get as less fat in my body as possible.

It happened to me 3 years ago when i was 14 yo, I used to press my nose but not regularly, later i left doing that and now i started to notice that my nose got a bad bump 😭😭

Sorry people, but this information is not exactly accurate for everyone. I had a crooked nose with a pinched tip--I hated that it was crooked but I liked the tip. Well, I looked like Huckleberry Hound for about 9 months after surgery. Literally! And I didn't see the true tip shape until after three full years. Ate healthy and exercise, don't smoke and took all sorts of anti-inflammatory supplements and food. Huckleberry Hound for almost a YEAR! All surgeons downplay the healing aspect and the risks of surgery and it's just unfair to the patient. I also developed an infection the first week--risk of infection is ONE PERCENT, but I got one. Double board certified otolaryngologist/facial plastic surgeon. Caveat emptor!
