Surely enjoy your videos. The side comments, scenery shots and your interests in the overall landscape really adds to the presentations. Thank you.

Never get tired of the smell of cutting a cedar and the old growth aged cedar that’s been down or stump, and ones that have been burned by a forest fire. We have an old growth cedar that was hallowed out by a forest fire long time ago, it’s caged out still tall and spiney. Some people that get a Christmas 🎄 tree from our farm will go up and take pictures with themselves in it. It’s a beautiful natures art.

The scene at 21:56 is iconic. Your cinematographic talent is excellent.

Man, I would have a tough time actually doing the job in that location. I'd spend more time just sitting and looking around than cutting trees! Guess I'll just live vicariously through you for now :D

I can't believe how well those banded cedars hold together. I truly believe they should probably be doing that on most of those large cedars. It definitely seems too help. I know, it never feels good to drop a nice living tree, only to watch it shatter to pieces.
Always a pleasure to watch your work man

We got beautiful perspective on how big that tree was when you were bucking it. First view as you filmed above the tree then when you stood beside it it made you look tiny in comparison! Nice episode Bjarne. Finesse your boss(es) who are limiting your episode length (assuming) if necessary :)

Devils club makes a great file handle , choose a stick large enough to be comfortable in your hand , it has to be a live plant . Peal the bark off and press the file into it , it becomes permanent once it drys the file will never separate from the handle . 👍🇨🇦

Seems like bucking cedar can be more dangerous than felling the tree, although felling is also dangerous, so be safe.
    Great videos and fantastic scenery.

Soon 70000 subscribers, that will be great for you, your cutting wife and all the great Stuff what you offer to us… just an Idea for the 70000, felling an 8 footer with you and a few bears, sorry beers 🍺 take care, respectfully from Luxembourg 🇱🇺 europe, 40% of forest

beers and felling do not mix.
not when it is the same person for both, unless the felling is completed before the beers.
A few beers after a day of felling some whoppers before hitting the hay to do it again might be ok, if the camp allows and you have not gotten even slightly tipsy.to dangerous to mix the two.

Hey there Bjarne, looks like you are getting a lot of dust in your face, if you can get some of those 3m single ply dust masks like I used when doing body work, you could probably breathe a lot easier, all that saw dust can't be good for your lungs......k
