I helped a friend replace the bearings on a Ford reared put on a chewy racing car & U sure made it look easy because after that 1st & only time my opinion was hire some one 2 do the next one ! !

Did you ever consider including part numbers and did you ever consider purchasing your parts from an industrial bearing supplier instead of an auto parts store. You may find the parts 1/3 cheaper and at jobber prices instead of retail. Every bit helps.

Excellent tutorial. thank you. Wasn't sure about the new weird crap... torque and back off? no washer with a tooth? I backed off a third of a turn and still don't feel any clearance. Hoping it isn't too tight. Had a bad seal, and way too much clearance, like almost an eighth of an inch.
