Never ever in a million years would i have intentionally picked this color pallet. But wow, who knew. I always just do a google number picker for my boxes. Card 77 needs to never be called. LOL You could make the uglist color combinations work. Those pieces are all beautiful once again. Funny enough….. I didn’t watch this video because I hated the color palette, but it kept coming up over and over. I always listen to my intuition so I clicked on it as there had to be a reason it kept showing. And damned if it wasn’t right. I LOVED the final piece! Teaching me, yet again, to try new colors. The bright yellow really pulled it all together in the end. It even made the grey pop which I would not have thought possible. Thank you for showing us this one.

Really like how pink and orange pop with turquoise. Orange is one of my least favorite colors but it looks really nice peeking through other layers to set things off.

I really like the first one that you mentioned could use a little more. It's a minimalist look that I'd like to one day achieve. Less is more in that case and I'm trying to not feel like my painting has to be crowded or completely filled. I challenge you Denise to do a set of minimalist paintings using the color cards too. 😊
I love minimalist things also - I've done a several skillshare classes where we do simplicity and minimalism... I go through art phases... and when I started this channel in April I was getting into my watercolor, play with color palettes and stencils phase... It will keep evolving and all things will come around again I'm sure! 😊

Nope, took a break for July… after over 90 classes - just needed a break. Next Monday I go back on a publishing sprint.. 6 classes ready to publish and working on more! 😁 (and I was building up my video catalog here on TH-cam too!)
